leds are getting better but there not considered the best yet think plasma is, then ceramic mh then hps then mh
some of the experts like ed ,nico, to name 2 have said that led band widths are not enough and theres a big reason why 99.9% of commercial nurserys or commercial growers dont use them yet but im sure they will soon in the future and the 5w chips should be closer again
it is said that led can yield nearly double a hps if light per watt if spread is correct so a 125w led should yield close to a 250 hps/mh so they are a valuable addtion
there is a black star listed above 180w which £100 cheaper then the other listed as is considered one of the best led's

for the most light is a 400w and aircooled hood on a 6" outlit would out yield all but thats a massive 100w psf and is over kill 80 psf is the max safe to run
