Indoor 9th week & no flowers

Hey everybody!

How long would you wait for an auto to flower before you lost patience and binned it ?

I've got 7 dina bubba kush 60 days old with 5 of them showing signs of sex but no buds, while the other 2 started budding slowly about two weeks ago but have not progressed since.

I grow my autos in a 1.2m x1.2 m tent under a 600w hps with 9 in 12ltr pots. This is my 3rd grow with the dina bubba kush. The first grow went really well and i had 8 good plants out of 9 with 1 plant only showing very small signs of budding 65 days in, the others were all finished between 80 & 85 days, so that one got binned. The yield was mind blowing @ 38oz! good smoke too.

Second grow not so good. 65 days in and no flowers! so they all got binned. Contacted dinafem to ask if this was normal and they said No! and fair play to them they sent a replacement tin of bubba kush, after i'd shown them proof of purchase of course. ( i purchased both tins of seeds at the same time from seedsman )
Unfortunately when i purchased the dodgy tin of bubba i purchased a second tin of bubba with it. (Btw both lots seeds were in sealed dinafem tins) Anyway! before i received the replacements i decided to sow the other tin of seeds that i'd purchased. And here we are back in the same boat!

I probably done 10 or 12 auto grows but never had problems like this with any other strain.

Any input's appreciated

You've done well to wait until 60 days.
I bin 'em at 35, that's my cut off point. Only had to do it a couple of times fortunately.
I've got an Auto Reek'n on the go at the moment, she was late, around day 30ish.
I'm still watching her like a hawk to make sure it ain't just preflower, but luckily for her, she is pushing through now.

Oh well you live and learn, and it seems i've got a lot to learn about autos.

I've got 2 mephisto ripley og's going as well and they were building buds around day 28-30. I've just sown 4 of the replacement seeds that dina sent me. I'm already preparing myself to hack the feckers down at the end of week 5.

Anything Mephisto mate. The best breeder around, by far, in my humble opinion. I'm slowly working my way through their genetics, and every new plant is a new favourite.
Dutch Passion have some big, tasty plants. Night Queen, Star Ryder, Orange Bud, Durban Poison, are ones I've grown, and loved them all.

I made a list of the strains that i wanted to try and it seems that you've already grown them. Groovy!

You're not wrong mate, I've already got a seed habit. I've only been doing autos for a couple of years but i've been growing for 16 years-ish. During that time i've built up a mountain of photo seeds. I'll have to live until i'm about 400yrs old to grow them all out.

Why not switch your light to 12 hours to jump start flower?

Yeah i've read about some folk doing that, it seems a bit hit & miss. Besides if i wanted to grow photos i'd have grown photos, these were supposed to be autos.

If nothing shows for about six weeks, I will 12/12 it for a couple of weeks to see if it kick starts flowering and before throwing away.
