What do you think of the fabric style pots compared to the plastic containers? After this grow finishes up I'm going back to plastic containers

I hate fabric smart pots. They are not smart in my hands, but rater stupid.
I had 2 Green Crack in 5 gal fabric pots. Both became extremely compact. I only kept the upper part of the buds for smoking. The rest go to oil, coz it is strongly underdeveloped.
My wife want to use them. If not, I would have thown'em out.
I go to a hardware store where I get bricklayer buckets for 1€/$/£. They are the best containers I have.

Buisy for holidays bro sorry for slow responce. I will let the roots tell me how well the plants liked the pot but I would agree that they seem to compact more. My soil is super light so I'm not to worried but we will see. I do like that plastic pots don't bend when being moved like the fab pots. I use the bamboo so as not to have to connect to pot. I have used them outdoors with good success so if I don't like them indoors out they go. My wifell film with somem good I'm sure.

Finally Sloan down from Christmas and made a quick video. Girls been doing great and I'm reworking my behumi today to permanitly drain itself- no more rez dumping!

I will add some comments and more pics very soon. Also a video when I get it to work. Says files not supported so ill find how to convert.

Hello fellow farmers,

After thinkn I would have a little time I was struck buisy again.

The garden has been grown along. I decided I would put off the UV test until next round as my friend was out of town so I was unable to test and didn't want to much more time to pass before turning on the uv's. So I'm now running the uvb lights for 6 hrs a day at 20 in - the same hight as my light. I also switched my spectrum to 80/80/20(R/W/B) and am still on 20/4 schedule. Temps have been pretty steady at 78-81 in day time and high 68-72 at night with RH 45-50%.

Overall I've enjoyed these autos. The bigger girls are startn to fatten up and the others are stretch in abit still. Its funny to see the ones I stunted with my rough early training but their grown along and will at least give me some good smoke I'm sure. I also managed to light burn the little blackberry as I was admiring her beauty the other day and put her up on a bowl to get a little extra light and damb if I left her their and Led burned her good. Otherwise plants have stayed healthy. My soil was made for photos and i did not cut my mix with pumice(not a fan of perilite) as it was literally last minute that I decided to throw autos in my new room. I believe this has lead to N toxicity through grow and abit of lock out on Stardawg as she really flipped to buildn flower. I hit her and the rest of the girls over area days with a light Epsom drench fallowed by fungal and then malted barley tea and shes kickn in again now. Can't wait to see how these girls thickn out in the weeks to come.

Lookn at my journal my dates were of a few days in my previous posts. Today is day 42 on older group and down the line area days.

Well @912GreenSkell I'm finally getting to updating this journal. In all honesty I?I got much busier than had planned when I started journal and have done no justice to this first online journal. As always learn as we go.

Any how Girls have been doing well. Hit 60 days yesterday for the oldest and the scramblers abut behind. I the little Blackberry came down about a week ago and is now resting in a jar. I'll get some picks of buds soon. It was. Small plant after I stunted it and it's buds weren't very tight but very fruity and frosty. Took my first small bong hits of it this morning and it was stony with spicy aftertaste. Still needs a bit in jar for sure.

Overall I have enjoyed these auto and look forward to the next go as I now have a grip on there differences from photos and my new LEDs. Next go I'll be running 24 throught and will be tweeking my spectrum abit. I recently upped my spectrum to 99/99/30 on 24 and the girls that had started turning hairs putout another push of freshies. Lesson learned. My mix was alittle rich being for photos and I was to stubborn to cut it and I also battles with mag some but aside from afew teas and an Epsom soak or two they were fed only coco/aloe water throught. I purposely went verify this round as to understand these girls basics and will be sticking them with the enzyme teas and heavier feedings in the future.

Nice fall colors in the Garden!

First off, just for you SKELL beings your a fellow widow lover, a beautiful little WWidow that has been hanging with the big girls. It was an extra freebie I tossed in about 4 handfull worth of the last of my soil mix. She's about a foot tall and ripening up nicely.

Stardawg got a cold water shot afew days back to see how she shocked and boy she did. I've used cold water shock to tighten buds outdoors so I figured I'd give it a go on this run since I didn't feed anything to push budding much.

WCOG yellowing too. Tall long sativa like buds on this girl and she's fruity. Nothing like any Of I've ever grown you'd never think there was any chem in her. But she's o so frosty!

A close up of the funky 6r I forgot above.

IMG_20170121_045431.jpg

And the runtly GG that never has taken to its soil. Afew of these little pots were leftover soils that I had and was lacking in volcanic rock dusts, and crustacean meal. Very obviously needing. But she plugs on. Same story with runtly BAM

Lastly another BAM that's a beast but she's had the over waterd look the entire grow. She was a late transplant and her soil mix is extra shit as well. Been wishn she was in my custom mix cause she'd be huge. Stoked though because I have 4 more beans. I'll be doing afew next grow with high hopes.

Thanks for Checking out my garden.

Got laptop and scope in room today but have to set up tried pod. Tric's are just Ambering on Stardawg and WCOG. Will post when I get clear shots.

Once I harvest and cure I'll test and post results. Until then I'll likely hang back and chill
