tomorrow will be her last day at 18/6 and I will flip her to 12/12. As it is lights are on at 4am and off at 10pm, I think I will switch her to 8pm-8am as light cycle so as to miss the cold of nightduring the 12hrs off. Will this upset her? Easiest transition would be to leave the light on tomorrow night until Saturday at 8am and then initiate 12/12.

That yellow 1 did indeed freeze and die so dropped another that I soaked and planted it up with a tail today so it’ll join the party soon! Using freaking miracle grow performance organics this time cuz wanted to try it since cheap and available and got some crazy mycelium growth already kicking off! :headbang:

I will say one thing about Scott's Mirical Grow and that is that they have lobbied against weed for a long time. I haven't ever grown in it because of that reason but it's always a good practice to know where your $ goes when you buy a product. They also make tons of harmful chemicals that ravish our ecosystem. Food for thought.
Plants look great though.

Monsanto bought up a lot of ag companies, including Scotts Miracle-Gro and General Hydroponics. That's the same folks who got the guvamint to finance shiploads of weaponized Roundup to spray all over the Colombian countryside, supposedly to kill coca plants. It doesn't, but it does kill food crops, farm animals, and makes people sick). I'd rather support earth-friendly companies.

100% agree greedy corporations are a wart on the earth, that being said most of our lifestyles are so deeply entrenched in reliance of these corporations buying the clearanced miracle gro organics from your favorite big box retailer is a drop in the bucket compared to the car you drove there on the oil laden asphalt under streetlights in daytime. Basically we are fucked, where is Captain Planet when you need him?

Ya I know all about their nonsense but I couldn’t afford $30 a bag from the local organic garden shop! Plus the guys quality has gone down! Last time I bought his most expensive blend to attempt to get thru grow water only and it was mixed so poorly I think I maybe had 1/2 dozen pieces of pumice in each bag so had to go back and buy a $25 bag just to fill my pots! Was running so far behind everyone else I just grabbed what I had available for reasonable price!

I do have 2 totes of old used soil I will amend now that it’s not 100+ outside! Gonna order last few amendments I need to mix up Daz’s autoflower recipe to try out! Then I’ll tote it back up and let it bake til I need it! The $3 mushroom compost from lowes is good stuff! Usually use oly mountain fish compost but it’s like $30 a bag too and wanted to see how cheap I could get this grow going! :d5:

Devils Lettuce F1 got transplanted into a 3 gallon squat pot 4 days ago today she is 26 days from germination and I flipped my lighting schedule to 13/11 to hopefully induce flowering. I'm hoping to see if the FV Green Poison added any speed to the flowering maturity age. I personally like to do things a bit differently than everyone else and often I flower under 14/10 and 13/11 lighting schedule and will switch back to 19/5 in the last week or so of flower. She has been topped and lolipoped.
