Okay so finally gonna jump in...About my third grow as first 2 have been staggered. Trying 4 HBSS from Mitch and the guys at Mephisto Genetics. The plants are in 5 gallon Smart pots. Sitting under two 700W Mars 2 LEDs. I will be using the Fox Farm lineup of nutrients, as I bought their dirty dozen box, so any issues/concerns over nutes would be helpful...I plan on pretty much sticking to their printed schedule, starting slowly of course. The sprouts are in a mix of FF Happy Frog, Ocean Forest, Perlite, and Dolomitic Lime. PH in soil is around 6.3-6.4. Every liquid added is also PHed to about 6.4. Also using GH CalMag+. Lighting schedule is 20/4. Tent temps are around 70 to 83 degrees Fahrenheit. RH is always around 40%. Tent is 4'x4' with the purple trim, I don't remember the brand. Carbon filter is a Phresh 6x16 with a 400cfm exhaust fan. Small oscillating fan in the tent for a slight breeze. Date stamp on pictures will be correct...Day 1 is 9/15/2015. Any comments/suggestions are appreciated...

So at what height above canopy (2" above dirt), should I have my leds? I want these to get tall. Most of my plants have been kinda short and bushy. I want the height of @grim reaper ' s plant, the beauty of @Margahooja's plants, and the no calmag issues of @TaNg. Not asking much, am i? @Margahooja, how much calmag did these need? Thanks for your help.

Cool hope2grow jump on in...Another update (too soon?) pic of the girls...

And something else I've been wondering while sitting here staring at this phresh filter...Do you think all 48 activate these at once or they just get in a bigass virgin line and do it one at a time......:smoking:

On my lighter feedsI use 1 teaspoon per gallon, usually around week 4 I'm feeding heavier and I use 2 teaspoons per gallon. Subbed up for this and good luck.

Thanks Marga for the help...Everyone's plants look so nice, worried about messing something up. Any idea of optimum light height in a 4x4 tent with 640 watts?
I'm still a little new with leds and getting myself dialed in. My young seedlings like yours I have about 32 inches from my light. I move them closer little by little as they get a little older and I see there is no problems. Those HBSS will take off on you around day 25 to day 40 and mine is 40 inches now and probably 10 inches from the light, maybe 8, I had no more room to move it and the light wasn't hurting it. Some of the guys like there lights a good distance for taller plants. These HBSS seem to have no problem getting tall. I'm always moving them up and down as they progress.
