I'm using a armoire type cabinet 48 inch tall ,48 inch long, 22 inch wide so I might be able to run 2 but maybe just one and my offbrand led... I just want sufficient lighting

This sounds just right. I’d start with one cob and led but if temps get to high with the led you may want to consider a second cob. Most 300w leds give 2-2 1/2 times the heat of a cob and give the same amount of light too.

Yes the current light I have now was at least 25 inches away from my plants. So I want to see what these cobs will do. I was going to try those folux solutions but you sold me on the cobs when in my post. I also have a question do I need uv glasses ?

As long as the ambient temps don’t change you should see around a 5 degree drop with the cobs.

If I had my tent closed with the bestva light the highest temp was 87-89F I am sure if I never vented the tent it would be 90. Here is the current temp after about 45mins with tent closed all the way.
