Very good job of twisting and tieing my freind. I usually use pipe cleaners, the long ones from the craft store, for my tie down wires.
That's a good idea. May use this as an anchor to permanently hold down the bend. I find the larger coated wires will not hold as anchors.. My soil is so "fluffy" that they never really hold.

Stealth Armoire just fired up. Readjusted the girls' bonds keeping the main stem horizontal. The stems get very strong, very quickly. The daily need to tie down is important. Once the canopy gets open the side branches and all the growth will explode upward. They will be tied down as well keeping not one bud site taller than the others. The open canopy is getting the sweet spot of lighting. These girls are just going on the 3rd week and they will be monsters. Keeping them under control is going to be fun.

Ho ho ho bondage time. I like it. I had to do a lot of bondage on my first couple of grows. Pipe cleaners, twine, and paper clips were my tools of choice. Just don't freak out when you kink or snap a branch like I did. A bit of sticky tape will fix her up just fine.

Starting early is my key to LST. They are three weeks old today and have been tied down now for a good four light cycles. They are responding well...max new growth. A node a day. No need to wait till they get bigger and the stems are pliable now. LST an auto is the best thing for them. The main cola is now many colas. Sweet spot light is right on top of the canopy.

Today I'll be taking a trip to The New Rhyceland. Haven't been up there since the home inspection. @Rhyce Saroni has got the new place humming. Google maps is set...only 60 miles from my location and no really easy way to get there. Beautiful day...bringing the Beagle dog too.
