Hi @Tank -- thanks for stopping by!!! :D

Yeah, I know. Cause it's too long, I know you prob didn't read the whole thread.
Short answer, these are supposed to be photo reg plants.
But they grew very small at first, and started to show sex on the 3rd or 4th node of true leaves.
The light schedule was on for 17/7, which would be the height of summer, unless at extreme latitude.
They were like that for maybe 4 weeks plus, indoors.
Now they're outside, so it's down to about 12.5/11.5 right now.

As for starting anew -- well, these were freebies in the first place.
Totally unexpected freebies. Cos at Seed City, you can choose your freebies.
But these were extra to the original freebies.
So, just throw them out there. They do what they do.
I wasn't expecting anything from them, so it's no loss.

The main fun is now going on in the Mandala Safari grow, also photo regs, with these Top Tao.

(Even this Mandala Safari grow is freebies. Seed City gives 3x Safaris compared to choosing other freebies, haha!)

And just started my actual main grow, a bunch of 8 autos, mainly Sweet Seeds and Fastbuds.

Please come on over and check things out. The Mandalas are looking more like the usual outdoor grow.
They just had 3 weeks veg indoors, but I'm doing a spring harvest, for a number of reasons.

Early Top Tao

Went out to check on things last night. Bad news.
The "West Wing" was cut down by a weed trimmer.
It now looks like this....

Somewhere in there are 2 x Mandala Safaris and 1 x Early Top Tao....
I missed where the gardeners would work up to....

East Wing
Meanwhile, the East Wing lady is still there, for now.

After the last pollen dusting on this Early Top Tao lady,
she's really starting to close down.
Think I'll just leave her for now, let those seeds ripen.
Harvest an over ripe single cola of a couple of grams, with seeds.

The single female Early Top Tao that remains is almost finished.
Just a couple of little white pistils left.
As a bit of a joke, I removed one of the first seeded calyxes.
I thought that the seed would be immature and very green.
Surprise, surprise! It wasn't fully mature, but getting brown.
It should actually be a viable seed from my experience.
Now it's removed from the calyx, I'm just letting it dry for a bit.
Should prob put in the fridge and even do a viability test, see if it will germ.
The rest of the bud will be a couple of grams of nice mellow smoke.

Under the excuse of going to dig out some more holes in this large unused garden area,
thought I'd check on the Safaris after transplant and the Early Top Tao.
The hole area is about 50m x 50m (about 50 yd x 50 yd) of layer raised beds.
Some flowers were planted here over a year ago, and most died. It's been abandoned since.

Smaller plants must blend pretty well with the bed weeds

Yes, they do! Very nicely, I must say. :D

so camoed they got mowed

The down side..........

On the good news: I think the gardeners are just doing that West wing area.
The other areas of the garden (about 80% of it) are untouched.

Hooray!!!
