New Grower 3 Day Seed did not sprout

If the soil is still moist, let 'er buck  No water.
Seedlings have always been the most stressful part of the grow for me. Believe me, they are built to survive. It sounds like your mix retains water very well, keep that in mind. Part of building a strong root zone is making them chase after the water.
You're doing great, I'll have my Missus check out the pics when she gets in :pighug:

during veg it is good to have your th above 55% once flowering starts you want it below 40% . i think that if you got it any higher. maybe turn off the fan... you will see an aggressive growth. i planted this on Dec 29 and 3 days later the burst with growth (see pics below)...i had to turn on my hps just for heat heat since new England is going through a frost and all my.plants seem to enjoy the jump in humidity and temperature

Congratulations buddy, seedling looks good. You can probably not worry about watering for awhile if you've watered it as much as you say you have.

I thought clip fan is good to reduce humidity and cool down temps. I know I will face problems later as the weather currently is dry but will sky rocket within weeks so I shoould be prepared

I'd worry more about watering less Than humidity at this point. If you want more humidity, or think you need more put a soda bottle over it. I'm sure there's enough moisture in the soil to keep it where it needs to be.
