no burn this time? Im sadden to say I did LOL. Pinpointed the problem though, as I stressed it by to much movement in my PH ( bring it up and down). Should of listened to you when you said you never touch your PH, Lesson learnt for me

Bro with ph nonsense look at it like this, look outside at all the trees plants garden vegatables, does rain get PHed do farmers ph there water for there crops.the roots of a plant/tree change the ph all the time to take up the nutes they need.so when people keep there ph at a certain level this causes problems because they are stopping the roots changing the ph to suit what nutes they need at that time.this is why they have lock out of certain nutes and hence problems.

Just a quick pic to show you the benefits of ponytailing,as you can see the side branches have grown through the canopy and are now growing even with the rest of the plant

i don't have any experience with weed, like i said, but i come from farmers. you're basically right - as long as your waters ph is not extremely acidic or alkaline. check local water quality reports/get in touch with the water company to make sure.
i'd imagine if you could control it perfectly, no mistakes, then having ph levels monitored could be useful, but i think that's a whole lot of work with very little upside. i've never bothered with the ph of tomato feed water and i still get real nice tomatoes.
