Fast Buds 2nd grow: Rhino Ryder and LSD-25

@tripaholic88 honestly I've seen some bulky little Rhino's. I was hoping that since this is my second go and I am growing an extra plant my yields wold be significantly increased. However, if my Rhino's end up being 14g midgets and my LSD gives me something decent yields, that will be plenty of herb to last me until the Honeysuckle finishes up and I'll just log this as a learning experience for when to give certain nutes. What bad news?! Everything on your end is looking so perfect, what happened?
i think everything should be fine bfor ya brotha... go check it out i updated it

Ok I'm naming them this one is Nina (originally the runt)

Everyone looks healthy. Last grow I must have had a bad pH problem because I was only watering once or twice a week and I was showing signs of nitrogen toxicity I thought, but this round I'm probably feeding twice if not three times the amount because I'm watering every other day and no signs of problems. I can't get my LSD's leaves to perk up like the Rhinos. Last night they were horizontal with the ground but I haven't seem them reach for the sky yet. Also I didn't end up pony tailing any of them. I went to do it on day 19 and saw pistils and got so excited I forgot and now I'm thinking the branch tucking will be enough training for them. I kind of want to LST the LSD just because It's significantly taller than my Rhinos, but the stem is pretty sturdy now and I've seen it lead to decreased yield so I'll just let her be. If I have to I'll raise the Rhino's up on something to level everything out.

Hi bud! I'm glad to see things are going good. Oh I like the names too, very appropriate. The reason people loose weight during LST is they are not doing it right. It's not just tying down the plant, it redistributes the hormones. To have it done properly, you have to keep a close eye on it. I tend to adjust my lst every 1-2 days. It tricks the plant in to making multi colas vs an apex cola. I have a good article that explains the hormonal shift they go through. If I can find it, I'll drop the link here.

If you want to bend over a thick stem you just need to massage the tissues, they will soften up. Roll it in your fingers, and also rub it up and down all the way around the stem in the bend area. Start to wiggle it back and forth, and you will notice that area start to get limp. If I have a stem that is say, middle finger think, I bend it over the course of a week. Adjusting it every day, and bending it further. If it happens to break, don't freak out. Supercropping auto won't kill them. Done early enough will only make them stronger. When the tissue is broken, it also shifts the hormones, and upon healing forms a knot. This knot is basically a second delivery system for the hormones. I admit to not knowing enough to get detailed about it, but supercropping can be an autos friend too. This is a girl I SC on purpose. The break is almost dead center of the pic. See how the 3 main buds are about the same size?

By breaking her stem I was able to keep her canopy even, and let all parts of the plant get the same amount of light, and there was no apex cola.

These are plants grown by @Stunted although I don't know how exactly he does his bends, it's a great example it can be done.

Don't let a few people who na say stop you bud. On the other hand I'm not trying to pressure you in to it. Just show the is a right, and wrong way to use lst, and even hst.

So I've been playing around with picture editing, and came up with this last night. I've been doing a photo college contest over at autoflower-portal.net and I'll tell ya bud, it's been pretty fun! Next time you are in the market for seeds you should check them out. In the medical forum here you can find reviews of some of the strains.
https://www.autoflower.org/forums/dragon-and-stones-medical-smoke-reports.188/ More or less any strain that has stone in the name came from this place. There is Stone and N.W. that are breeders there, and they both know their shit.

So again, I'm glad to see some happy plants big guy. I'm making my way to the store today for some coconut oil, and going to cook it up this afternoon. The green dragon is great for sleep, but it tastes horrible, and I would like something I can enjoy, like a damn cookie! Talk to you later bud.

@Fuggzy thanks for bringing up right and wrong LSTing I'm not going to train these girls this round, but that honeysuckle I have going is going to be good practice for topping and training! I'm going to get crazy with it because I know as long as it's in veg it can recover from the hell I'll put it through. I'm still hoping to see some stretch from the rhinos. My lsd is stretching like a monster @tripaholic88 she was 8" this morning so that's over 2 inches in a day and a half! Anyway gots to go done some work work! Thanks for the wisdom @Fuggzy

Also didn't even comment on those crazy stems but wow wtf! That's insane! I'm in class so I'll keep it brief but that is just absolutely amazing!

I checked out the page wuick and read the "i am stone, welcome to my world" part and im def gonna read throught his page! thanks for that bro!

So I made a booboo. I was trying to do some aggressive branch tucking on one of my rhinos and I snapped a branch off. It was a pretty big fan leaf so I'm not to happy about it. I'm hoping it doesn't stunt my girl too much. It definitely opened up my girl, so if it's not too stressful it'll probably help with cola production. I apologized to her thoroughly and probably won't touch them again for a while lol.
