Lighting 2nd Grow: Rapid Afghan and Easy Ryder, Airpots, CFL

This grow looks really nice! The bad thing about growing is that you always want to grow more First one.. Now two.. I guess four next time? hehe.

Will you try HPS light or you going to stick with current light?

zaQ, if I had more room, I'd do a zaQ Style Jungle Grow, but these two pots have my cab totally full. They just barely fit.

I like cfl's. I'm probably going to stick with them.

Yep, Every time I look in on them they have some kind of new green going on. I love it!

This is probably the last sun that these girls will see in their short lives.



They're 17 Days today. They're getting about 750ml of tea every three days. This last one was with Worm Castings, Alfalfa, Chicken Poop, their first taste of Seabird Guano, powdered Eggshells and Molasses. All in the toes of some pantyhose and brewed up in a bubbling jug. The leftovers were used as a top dressing before feeding (Mainly because of the eggshells).

Then after feeding they got another Kelp Foliar spray. They are liking it all.

Wonderful growth that is hard to keep track of on both plants. Both are female.

The RA is very smelly. I already have to have ONA gel in the room outside the cab in a small bowl with water. She is reeeeal skunky. The ER smells a little like green things.

Damn, and I thought it was cold here! It's been around 26 - 30 here for the last few days. Stormy as hell. Sun today and more snow for on the way that's supposed to fall from tomorrow through Christmas.

Thanks flwr! I'm in no rush with these two. I'm going to let them go till they are really really ripe. I was also thinking somewhere from the middle till end of Feb. I'll just wait and see what they do.

What a bitch. I put the humidifier in my cab and it works just fine. Kept the RH up to about 50%. Not ideal when their this young, but better than 35%. So I have this running for about a week, everything is fine.

But the last few days, I'm wondering why the temps are climbing and climbing and reaching up over 90° this morning! Usually, the exhaust blows a sweet skunk smell in my face from about a foot or more away. But this morning I had to have my nose right up on it to even register an air flow.

I have no idea what it is, can only be dust, but my fans and the pantyhose covering the passive intake under the false bottom were all clogged with some white/beige ... stuff.
So I took the humidifier out, cleaned up everything real good, put it all back together, without the humidifier. Now after 10 hrs, no dust build-up. Damn.

I have the humidifier out in the room, outside the cab, now. I hope to keep the RH above 45% out there. It's normally about 38%. What a bitch.

bummer... sorry to hear that bud. do you think it could be moist dust that has accumulated?
i wonder how it would perform if a tube was fitted to the nozzle? then maybe feed it in through hole in the cab?
not sure how it would work but it would save you some space
