With that calcium issue spreading like that, you may want to consider doing a flush... Or at least watering until you have enough water to test the run off. I don't know if you have a ppm meter, but that's another tool you will find yourself needing. It looks like a lockout has happened in the soil. It also looks like its moving fast. You can make it to the end as is, but it may not be pretty. Calcium, magnesium and iron are essential for nutrient uptake. A lockout means that the needed nutrients are present and available in the soil, but the plant can't absorb/uptake them. Sounds exactly like what you have going on. You put the cal mag in the soil as instructed, so its in there, but the plant cant absorb it, so the problem is still spreading. Lockout is super common, and can easily happen in soil. It happens when there is too much fertilizer/food in the soil. Using a ppm meter and checking the run off water is a way to gauge how much is in the soil. But yeah, if you want to learn about lock out and how to treat it, this is a great learning opportunity for ya, because you wi definitely see it again, lol. If you want to coast it till harvest, you can do that too ,but just know its a sick plant and won't reach it full potential if left in this state. You did great so far! Now to decide how you want to end the race! Whatever you choose, we're all here to help!
