New Grower (2nd) 1st grow of Afghan Kush Ryder & La Diva w/pics.

Greetings, I like the red healthy looking stem on your 2 week La Diva. I can to attest to it being a strong Pheno as a result of just transplanting mine at 1 week. I guess I didn't read the part about starting with auto's in their original pot enough because due to space I started in a 6" pot and thought at

1 week I would have better weather to transfer to my 3 gal pot. During my inexperienced attempt to transplant the La Diva (1-1/2" above ground) I was blown away to find the tap root had used all 5" of soil going south and the circled the base of the pot 2 times. In my clumsey attempt to trans-

plant I lost 1/2 the soil surrounding the root but I finally got the bitch in the pot and 2 days later she is thriving. Tough Girl, great learming experience. Good Luck, Thanks for sharing your photos. Adios

My La Diva is chopped, dried and being cured at the moment. Not a huge yield, which was expected, Id say about 10 grams. Smells GREAT! Cant wait to post a smoke report.

Onto the AKR, she started her two week flush today. Leaves are starting to dry off and brown up. The trichs are all pure milky at the moment.

Thanks MadGully. Yep, as a newbie there will be some pitfalls. But when it's all said and done you learn alot, and even get some smoke out of the deal! lol

I can imagine there are many pitfalls along the way but its all learning right now so up's or down's i suppose you just have to roll with it! And getting some smoke at the end is gonna be a happy day man..

as long as you put in time, invest a little $$, and effort youll be just fine..the good news is your gonna do better with every grow.. im living proof...second grow and they look stellar.

Congrats on the harvest atpmixx. :thumbs: It's only going to get better from here. My La Diva, the only auto I grew in my 20 plant photo grow has been curing for 3 months now and the smoke is great. She has a blueberry scent with slight skunk undertones and the taste is fairly the same. I'm sure you will enjoy it bro. Def a good stone. + Rep on the grow an harvest.

And last but not least it's time to harvest the AKR! After a two week flush Id say she is at 50/50 with amber/milky trichs. Here are her final pics, along with one cool fan leaf that I thought...just looked cool! Again, like my La Diva, not a killer harvest as far as quantity. But it's my own, and not some dealers, and thats something you cannot put a price tag on!

My La Diva has been curing for two weeks today. Ill have a smoke report up on her soon. Same with the AKR when she gets a good cure going. I have a business trip the next few days, when I get back Im firing up a Royal Queen Northern Lights. YAHOOO!!!!
