Rockwool cubes, 1" size.....worked great last year, this year and for current Meph grow......kept a good amount of water and air around the new roots and didn't restrict them at all......only difference is this is a new slab of cubes...

As luck would have it what worked great last year isn't worth a damn this year so no more cubes for me....

Direct sow is a worthy approach. On your next round try to take atleast one seedling and don’t shade them but give them light. My current seedlings have gotten 500-600ppfd from germination…. go for it

Got last 5 of the other test going in direct sow solo's out on front porch... dropped them yesterday morning.. trying a bit of natural style. As you can see, only 2 of the first 10 made it. Germination has always been my weak point.

Sorry for the late start. Had a terrible time germinating the beans. Not sure what happened but went one for three on both strains and they didn't develop well so I bought more beans from my friends at multiverse beans. May have been the long shipping time but had no problem with the new ones. So we have the first two at 4 weeks I think and the new arrivals at three days. Cherry cola on the left amnesia Skittles on the right.

I moved her under my FC 8000, and 12/12 a few days ago. She's starting to stretch, but I'm training it wide rather than allowing it to get tall.

No pistols yet.

This is going to be a big girl when she's done.
