Outdoor 2019 mid Michigan Growtogrow outside

Very interested in the LSD after cure. Let us know what effects you get from it.
Hey Al[emoji482] well the LSD is a tasty treat. It's got good effects taste a little spicy I guess you would say I tried it two different ways I screen dried it and I also hung dried it and then Jarred both around 62 relative humidity and they both seem to be doing really well as far as flavor goes. It's a Stout plant with strong branches. Their buds R dank when they're finished with a good buzz and effects. As far as pests go not really any bugs bothered it too much aphids about it and I got rid of them really easy but the powdery mildew it just wouldn't give up the ghost on it I had to treat it everyday through flowering.
Awesome stuff friend yep that ocean grown is one dense flower I like it a lot I'm getting some good size colas for sure yours was a beauty mine so far smell of musky pine an lime what's yours smell like .
What's up DJ[emoji482]
Yeah the buds are solid dank rock like buds. Ive been smoking some pre cure here and there of the ogc and all the others too.

I woke and baked with the ogc this morning. The taste right now is nothing to write home about. It's still too green but the effects are pretty good I took two hits off my one hitter I haven't had nothing else this morning it's almost noon and I can say it's working pretty good. As far as the smell goes it's kind of got a lime it to it just a hint of smell of wine and maybe that lime is kind of like...well you know that toilet water sprays perfume or cologne it's kind of got that after smell to it you known. LoL it's reminds me of anyways there's not a great deal of smell to it though not strong.

Now the blueberry on the other hand that blueberry cookies that's some funny stuff right there.[emoji106] it's got good smell on the buds and they are definitely rock hard. if there was a scale they be pretty close to Diamond hard. they are really hard buds they grow a little bit better I think Than The Ocean Grown.
because I don't think they're quite susceptible to the bud rot.
Cuz there so tight that it maybe can't get down in there but yet there's enough air pocket for it to dry out. I'll definitely grow the blueberry again.
The crop 2 Blueberry is looking awesome I got a pic of it to show you I did some work with this plant it's going to grow different than the first one. And give me a much bigger harvest.

Yeah had to do some rethinking with all the bad weather in the beginning held the grow up by 2 weeks.
The PM
emoji35.png
is off the chain this year. It's an Every day fight right now with the girls in late flower. The shit is relentless Nothing short of devastating if I don't stay on it everyday.

trail's Rule [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG]...... never leave the grow:biggrin:
I harvested
Big yield Auto
from Phoenix Seed Company today.

This plant was a big plant for an Auto in my garden. I believe this plant dried will give me a100 grams. It's got big buds on it and they are dense.

This plant did not get any p.m. on it and it got just a touch of Bud rot. I really didn't even notice it this morning. I was going to harvest it anyways but it rained yesterday. This plant been outside the whole time it just gets sprayed with hydrogen peroxide. It's never gotten any other treatments cuz it's never had any mildew issues so the h202 probably saved my ass on this plant cuz these buds are big and dense. I will grow this plant again if the cured product is as good as what the plant was.
It was easy to grow no work at all. Just the way i like them

a heavyweight with resistance, a keeper!
I know one thing I'm smoking some of that big yield Auto from yesterday's Harvest.

I just had a couple of buds I let sit out and dry in the Sun this morning from last night and I'm puffing on it right now. Well yeah it's pretty good for being less almost less than 24 hours LOL
I kind of thought the buzz would drop off real quick cuz it's so fresh but I started smoking on and around noon and it's just a little bud. I put some in my one hitter. It's kept me going all afternoon. Still got some left.
emoji12.png
enjoy the new crop grobro, I love it when right off the dry.....bam!....
Last night we had a heavy Dew and high humidity. I had seen it on the weather at 6pm news.
Before night came I took the fans from the ground and hung them upside down from the cage top. So I thought This would helped keep the moisture from forming on top of the buds.

So it did.

This morning there was hardly any moisture on them. Mostly dry.

Tarped as normal at 615.

Thanks man

The P.M. is tough this year.
It's all around me. But got a handle on it.
Used a lite spray of neem and mild dish soap today. Kept it to the affected areas. And then just the leaves after that. Tried to not drench the buds to much.
Harvesting in 7 to 10 days on a few of them.

Thanks for stopping by

Compared to you I have it easy with PM. The sedges in my "yard" have had PM since 1st week July. But only in the very shadiest of locations. The rest of the vegetation around camp stays good until the very end. The understory in the riparian woods is decomping before it even goes down, lots of PM! Fall, the dying time. My grow isn't surrounded by zombie mold nation. Still, I keep lots of room between plants and watch like a hawk.
Wedding cake update smoke report...
Yup hey that shit's is the shit dude...
emoji12.png
emoji106.png
emoji106.png

So I did the wedding cake in two different ways with my curing methods

So the majority of the plant I did a water cure. That's where I let it soak in water for 5 days changing the water everyday with clean water using distilled water or rainwater's is what I use. It's been drying now for 2 days.

So the final report on the water cured is. It's awesome...
emoji106.png
try it very very cool very tasty mellow you're able to smoke it right away are you hydro guys it probably speed up your use and mellow out your weed I think.
The regular way is just about ready and good right now. The Jar Cure is going on 5 days now.

Both ways are very flavorful but with that being said the water cure is more spicy than the jar cure the jar cure has more of a fruity flavor with earth tones.
The water cure is more like spices and Murr..

The effects are the same. I think that the water cure might hit you a little quicker then what the other cure does but it's a toss-up really don't know I'm going to smoke the jar cure today yesterday I smoke mostly the water cure and some somango and some sun bake blueberry I smoked a lot yesterday man LOL I guess... what else are you going to do when you're sitting around for 14 hours a day with scissors in your hand trimming and with friends stopping in n helping you and getting you high while they're standing there LOL
emoji12.png
we were chieffing down making smoke signals like a freight train. I went through a whole pack of Lighters this week LOL my lungs and throat feel like I've been on the downwind side of a forest fire.

Howdy, I've spent an hour in your thread, its been a while. Sucks you have to battle the pm daily. My girls are just starting to flower, I haven't seen any on mine, knock on wood. Im a few miles west of ya,just south of GR. Cut worms took down three of them a couple weeks ago! Little buggers, do you ever have a problem with them?

Wow, whata read, wild ryde! Battles might be tough but looks like you win n da war:d5:

Nah man I haven't had any problems any cutworms I'd have to look them up to see what they're all about. The only thing I really had problems with is p.m. this year aphids for a little bit. didn't see any spider mites this year did really well with them damn things. had a couple caterpillars but lots of birds around here they eat them up for me. Got bird feeders all around here so they be snatching up freash meat when they see it LoL..[emoji12] and then all these spiders. got lots of spiders around here too. They be smashing a lot of bugs for me too. Good to have allies LOL

I'm growing in the best spot I have, former owners camping/parking area which is nothing but sand and they like laying their eggs in sandy soil. They are dark colored worms that live in the ground and come out at night to destroy plants, they turn into camo brown moths about an inch long. I think next year I'll try your style with the bags in the ground. We have plenty of birds and spiders too! lol I just dug out about 15 gallons and filled it with good soil for each plant this year.

Well I'm glad I don't have those around here...[emoji106]

15 gallom pots...?
Man I use 25 g or bigger.
Plus I dig out around the pot to about 6" inchs or so bigger and back fill with composted soil back to the pot. So I guess I'm using about 4 or 5 cubic feet of soil and compost for each plant.
When I set up next year. I'll go bigger yet. To about 6 to 7 each plant. And only go no deeper than 15"
Bigger the pot the bigger the roots. The bigger the plant can be. And the best thing about more good soil and compost around your plant. Then the Less time watering and feeding. Cuz they hold more water n food.
So Less lost time and more useful productive plant care time can be done.

I was just guessing how big I dug the hole before I added my soil, I didn't use a pot. Looks like 25 gallon works pretty good. My thinking is they can't borrow threw the pot to get to the stem. They eat right threw the stalk at ground level or just below and thats all they eat.
