Outdoor 2019 mid Michigan Growtogrow outside

Looking at gtg's outdoor setup I'm thinking of repurposing my old chicken and pheasant pens. Eight feet tall, surrounded on all sides and top by flight netting. Shouldn't read these great posts, gets me thinking, and that's dangerous. :cooldance:
get ready for big!
I took the UV clear cover off 4 days ago. So their exposed to the elements now. I would have to realize severe weather was coming to have time enough to put the damn thing back up cuz it would take me a little bit to get that one up and tied down.
But when I start doing the blackout tarp that will be ready available for cover in about 12 minuts. It's kind of easy now that I've ran it a good many time in the past.
But you wait... I'm going to get this set up yet... Going to get the auto tarping motors thats $210 and the timer it's pretty easy to make yourself. But to buy it it's about 300 bucks. But when I set up next year I'll have it automated tarping I am not going to be married to it next year it's just going to be easy...but right now I got to go out there every day and pull that tarp up and take the tarp down

but this whole injury thing has hose'd me and everything I wanted to do this year. but next year I'm going to do it to it...
emoji12.png
I want to buy this shit this fall and then have it ready to go next spring.
Then it'll be easy Street. Then all I'll have to do is just make sure it all works and feed maintain the plants

powdery mildew nightmare.

I've got excellent weather now. Aug is the wettest month, pm can cover the brush and the sedges in the yard. And of course bud rot is ever present in the fall. My best strategies so far have been to allow lots of room between maturing plants, defol and keep bottom of plants wide open. Easy to visually inspect, catch the bad guys as soon as they rear their ugly heads.
Well the girls loved the sun yesterday.

auto tarping, way cool. I always compare the night tarp to milking, 2 times a day you have got to be on time! Now you'll have a milking machine:pass:
Yeah fade just take it easy man That light pole looks like it's quite a ways away.... it looks like you're going to be all right. I don't think you're going to have too much to worry about it takes quite a few light looms to bother a plant. But some people think it's just a pin light...but really it's not... I've never had that kind of problem in my experience anyways not that I can blame it on anything but stupid mistakes like my timer went out one time and it was out for quite a few days before I realized it and those lights were on full power... not just a little teeny weeny star light off in the distance. And I got all kinds of seeds out of that bags and bags of them. And you know the weeds not bad after you get seeds in it there's always some old-timer don't mind buying that kind weed LoL. Their used to getting some seeds in their weed anybody over 45 LOL
when ya think about, plants mature in moon light, real bright on full moon
I can't believe I'm looking at more rain in my forecast

Today's sunny and 63° right now supposed to be until noon. The the 6 day forecast has 1-day of sun and the rest is rain. The 12 day forecast shows 3 days total of maybe sun and all the rest are rain with 1 day with the temperature down in the low 60s upper 50s...

really ...What TF kind of cruel trick is Mother Nature playing on us?? damn just can't catch a break this year.
emoji52.png

My crop is half the size it would be if we had decent temperatures and sun. Ugh

Spraying with Boogie brew tea foliar.
Made 5 gallons of the Boogie tea. Using 1/2 cup of each Boogie base and Boogie boost plus 1 teaspoon of the Sea 90 Rare Earth minerals.
Put all ingredients in the provided burlap sack tea bag.

Let this brew for 30 hours with 2 large air stone's on a 4# pump. Lots of foam.

No sun today at all. It was almost like late evening all day.
So I sprayed at 3 this afternoon all 5 gallons. And brewed another 5 gallons with the leftovers of the tea sack. It made a lite mix of tea. I also sprayed and fed to the girls directly.

I started to see a color change in less than 3 hours.

It started to rain right after I coverd the cage. So I've left the cover on until morning. To give the girls the chance to eat all they can before the rain can wash any off.

Hope the sun comes out soon. Can't hardly wait to see what there going to do when it dose[emoji267]

Shit weather seems to be this season's theme for you mid continent growers. Testament to your will and skill Gtg! plants are looking good
Yes I know... The weather is just a pisser man.

Thanks [emoji482][emoji482][emoji109]man. Its a labor of love. I do love growing this plant[emoji106]

Since I quit using in April.
My pain in my arm shoulder and hand has gotten worse by 10 times plus.
I want to go back to using. I didnt have hardly any pian and nerve pian going on when I was saturated with the marijuana.
But about the middle of May. The pain has been coming on stronger and stronger and now it's to the point where I can't hold things anymore when I turn my head to the right. WTF
The alternative medicine works a little. But my insurance won't cover the natural alternative turmeric and alfalfa cyanide something another like that ?

So now the neurologist want to give me pharmaceutical stuff. But it's got super bad side effects like Suicidal Tendencies I really don't want to take that. I've got that running in my family history. And another is depression and some other things too that are just really awful side effects.

I don't want to do that at all.

But if I go back to work some how. I got to be clean. I'm fucking stuck between a rock and a hard spot. Ugh[emoji52] Dealing with this and biting on a bullet all the time 24/7[emoji52][emoji109][emoji111]

GrowtoGrow, that's bad mate the weather, must be near a record for the States maybe? here the drought continues. Guyra will be of water mid July, bit of rain coming though, and winter is like spring here. It seems you are having a cool spring over in the States. Love the CAM on the girls , good idea, can watch the weather. Dinafem will be my first also

Kratom works well for me with my pain 4 crushed disc in my lower back and a partially severed sciatic nerve you can get it at wild bills or most any tobacco shop. Its a leaf off a tree all natural they call it a diet supplement I think but it works good for pain . They also sell CBD just about everything now.
