Outdoor 2019 mid Michigan Growtogrow outside

Hey GtG, I meant to ask earlier, is that LSD a photo or auto? I've got a friend in a wheelchair that likes the write up on its effects and he was hoping I could grow him one. Thanks for any info.

Hey Al...[emoji481][emoji482]

So the LSD is new to my garden I've never grown the LSD before but Barney's Farm is generally a really good breeder and so I'm not afraid to run pretty much anything that they have.
I mean every breeder can't guarantee every one of their seeds cuz it is what it is right but the majority of the time that I've grown Barney's Farms seeds I've had pretty good success and I believe I'll have good success with this plant as well.

So this plant is an indica it's genetics are Skittles and number one Mazar 25% THC 1.2% CBD flower * 7.5 to 9 weeks yields round 700 g 2 meter Square. The effects are heavy and it was also a indica Cup winner in 2008.
The flavors are Chestnut and musky whatever that means.

So now you know what I know.
I can tell you one thing about it it grows pretty easy and clones really easy those are the pros that I know right now the con is that the powdery mildew likes it a lot. but you take your chances with all plants growing them outside or in an environment where the p.m. is bound to find it it's all around my neighborhood here I have to do due diligence all the time and so I'm practicing new gardening techniques and next year I'm going to implement some really great organic gardening techniques that should help me prevent those type of things if not all next summer definitely the summer after that for sure by the time the soil is condition to be fully organic.
Hope this helps you happy growing bro[emoji482]

I really wish we had dispensaries for the different strains and extracts to choose from... one day maybe... If I can just get to were I'm comfortable smoking without worrying about running low or rationing the last ounce till next harvest be nice to grow n not even need to but just keep filling jars lol..

Luckily I got a couple of people that I know that grow too and they had some one that grows that knows somebody else too. LoL... that had a little extra...so going to get a QP for 350... I can dig that. The only downside is..is not going to see it until Thursday oh well better not at all

Mine are Amnesia auto fem but they also referred to it as Amnesia Haze, and I can't get it clarified so I'm just gonna call it Amnesia. Not sure if we have the same breeding background, these are via Canada. Should be interesting to compare. And I'm keeping them indoors. If you get powdery mildew the first line for organic treatment and frankly the best I've ever found is the hydrogen peroxide spray from Bonide. You can make it yourself but I'm not so certain we should as it's a particular formulation, but it works great even on more delicate perennials and annuals. Also, we won't be smoking chemicals using it. I do get a lot of powdery mildew here, my acerage is pure sand and by late summer anything susceptible is covered in the damn stuff. Will be using caution if I put any more out in the old coop.

Amnesia Haze auto. is a totally different breed then this LSD. this is a photo plant and it's from Barney's Farm. I can't remember where they're from but it's I think it's Amsterdam but I cannot remember for the life of me right now. possibly the Netherlands.
But Barney's Farm they've got some excellent strains I've grown several of their breeds and they've always pleased me.

Yup powdery mildew is a mother that's for sure. I use a number of different Organics to combat it. Hydrogen peroxide water mix, Baking soda in water mix, neem, Safer mold cure with garlic extract.
But really all you got to do is change the pH on a leaf and it can't grow. PM it has to grow in the pacific pH level or it won't live. But the challenges is to try and keep your plant shielded from the PM from the get-go and that's really hard to do especially in my area and it sounds like your area too... where you got it everywhere.
So just a little breeze comes up and it's on your plants. So you got to be on it all the time.

I like using hydrogen peroxide too. But you got to be careful with that. About getting to much down in your soil. It'll kill microbes that your plant needs to grow big.
Unless you're growing with bottled nutes in Coco it really doesn't matter. But if you're growing organically you can only spray it upon the leaves you really can't use it in the soil.
You can use a little tiny bit now and then but you can't use very much of it. It's only good to kill root problems it's great for that. But then you got to get right back in and start building your microbes back up again.

I'm studying new way to me that much better. It using composted wood chips and using organic tea recipes that involve using insect frass and a number of different high-end organic materials things. I'm still studying to understand it all.
There's a product out there called. Boogie Brew. It's really all that and when I continue growing. next year outside. The 2 part Boogie brew will be part of my Arsenal and I probably won't be using a whole lot of anything else for my outside organic growing next year. I'm going to start this fall conditioning my soil with the organic natural composted wood chips . [emoji482]

Yes sir, compost teas. After watering with your teas, throw some insect frass a lil neem seed meal in a blender filter put in your hand sprayer and douche your leaves. Couple days later mix up some silica and some aloe vera concentrate and douche plant leaves again. Switch off between the 2 and it will also keep bugs away why still feeding your soil. A lil kelp works awesome too. Insect frass has chitin which builds immune system in plants. This is for organic growing guys but im sure should work with nutes to but as long as i keep my microbes happy my plants stay happy no matter what ph. I got tons of bugs in my soil but they all good and none on my plants. Hope this lil info helps guys, i know gtg helped my out few days ago. Thanks bro

Right on fade you're definitely on the right track for sure check this video out on YouTube.
If get over talk of the philosophies stuff.
If you believe or if you don't believe. That doesn't really matter. But this video is all about sustained organic farming without using any other nutrients it's really cool and it gives you a great education on how to condition your soil on a natural basis and keep weeds and bugs at Bay without doing a whole lot else.
I watched the whole thing it's almost 2 hours long. I probably didn't need to watch it all to grasp the concept of it..but it was very interesting to me and I got a lot out of it.[emoji106]

Okay I built an alternative grow cage for my extended grow of the photo plants that I'll be runing after the first crop comes in and all of the auto that I'm running at this present time.
I'm almost ready to start tarping I've got a couple of things to do today yet and I should be ready to start pulling it over soon yet today. I set up my cables all yesterday and ran them all. It looks like it's going to work pretty well on that point.
I'm building the rollers today instead of using Wheels like I used last year I'm actually building some lage rollers using 3-inch PVC pipe n caps w holes drill 1 3/4in in them and run a pipe through it all. I think this is going to work pretty well for helping getting over top of that sharp corner on my grow cage. So this will get me by for this year.
I hope to have a half hoop roof for a next year. So I can use the torque motor to roll up and unroll the light depth tarp.
I don't want to put a whole hoop roof in my backyard cuz I won't have no backyard left[emoji53] it'll be all just straight-up Greenhouse if I did that. The dog won't have nowhere to go. He would be mad about that LOL.[emoji54]

On the seed drop I've transferred them from the soak water to the napkin and put them back on heating pad with a temperature kept at 85.2 degrees.
