Perfect man! over the next few days as they grow a bit maybe even tye them down a little bit more, get those main stems near horizontal if you can, they will recover very quickly. You will end up with countless tops as lower branches start to bush out, perfect introduction for a scrog

Cheers herb, Thanks for your comments and for stopping by. I tried a few in soil and they were a nice smoke but my last grow in DWC was awesome check it out if you want!

How much did you yield in soil compared to the 12O's in the DWC system?
Crazy stuff that DWC grow mate, well done to you!

I heard someone, cant remember who on here but they said they have seen think different's do 5 ounce outdoors.
Would be rather happy if that was the case from each of mine! 15O's and then the rest of my plants! I would be in utopia!

Hi Herb. The soil was kind of disappointing compared to the DWC. however I still got about 70 grams from each. Also, the smoke was not as potent as the DWC I am not sure why, maybe as I was only using basic nutrients with no ph ed water...

I have seen some very impressive soil grows on TD so, without doubt, it can be done!

Nearly a week on and the ladies are doing well. Unfortunately I snapped one of the grow tips of being a bit aggresive with some LST. I have done the same before with a phot period plant. I have used the same technique as then and used some gaffa tape to re attach the tip. In the past this actually produced amazing results. Time will tell, if it works with an autoflowering plant.
Can you tell which plant it was?

I am running the PPM at 1070 and a PH of 5.6. So far they seem happy. If I push the PPM to 1100 it start to rise over a day. 1070 seems to be the optimum right now. RO water being used. 2.5ml/ltr of Genesis MIcro, grow and 2ml/ltr of Cal/Mag..

Thanks for all the likes and views Autofreinds! I need to get my arse in gear and sort out the root supporting mesh, rack to hold the reservoir / top panel soon. I think I will be ready to start training the ladies into a scrog mesh in the next week.
They have been moved under one 400w HPS cool tube now and I plan to add another when the scrog grid is in place.

The plant on the left looks a bit ahead as it's showing white hairs already, the right hand side plant looks a bit behind, so far.... but the growth and node spacing looks very similar..

Congratulations too Dutch passion (Tony) on breeding such a uniform and linear growth strain. Lets see if it stays the same!

Tony, do you think I should be adding Bloom nutes yet? In my mind, I was going to wait until the stretch period had finished, or at least slowed.

So far, my main concerns will be res temperatures. I think the best way to control them will be to put the air pump directly inline with the air input too the grow room, so the air pump will be pumping relatively cooler air into the res, hence keeping the res temps lower. Also, as the plants become more established, the natural shade the foliage provides will shade the res lid from direct heat from the lamps! Lets see!

Hope to have the scrog mesh in place today or tomorrow. The plant should have been trained into it a week or so ago, it now stands about 45cm in height. I will get some pictures up as I go!
