:crying:  ....thanks Stedi' and Taipan... you're too kind! I was hoping for much better, but that Vermisoil is a nightmare,.. every plant in it is going TARFU, no matter what I try,... pH is fine, nutes too,... :cuss:... this pic is from the 4th, they look even worse now! Buds are nice, but small, lack density..... no flucking doubt about who's in what soil here! The others are in Royal Gold King's Mix, their first "true" soil (they're coco specialists)... it's nice and clean, no chunky bits of bark and stones; it's mild, breaths well, does dry pretty fast but that's a real plus in plastic pots,.. the good ones here are in fabric, and do need watering every day, but are in small 1.5-ish gal pots,... Orange Diesel in upper left corner has exploded since! .... Anyway, next 2L Comp' I'll be using this soil,...

I'm completely astonished by how well they grow in such small medium, but they dried out/drank it up fast in stretch, so I just bought a group of 3L pots for my regular growing to try and alleviate some of the need to re-water/feed every 8-12 hours as encountered with the 2L. That should help a person be able to work a long day and not kill their brood. Plus, I think the extra substrate will allow a bit more buffer time for the grower (me) to react to the need to use more micro's and such as the deficiencies should more slowly develop with a greater soil capacity to start. The top of Plant A is a fat heart just smashed together, my lack of photographic skills with an iPhone don't help do her justice, and she reeks more like some good cheese. Plant B smells like some good old fashioned Bubblegum. They are both getting cloudy already, but definitely have some time left.

This competition kicks ass, I love how everyone is having a good time and hopefully learning from one another. :smoking:
