Since you are running HPS you're going to be venting a fair amount of heat. Are you venting into the room or outdoors? Reason I ask, if you're venting into the room the temps in there might get too warm and you'll end up drawing that hot air back into your tent. That could be a problem in the summer. You might consider putting in an outdoor intake and switching between it and indoors as the seasons change. Draw from indoors in the winter and outdoors in the spring and fall. Depending on how hot it gets outdoors in the summer you may need some A/C, then draw from indoors again.
65 is okay for short periods. It's when it stays low like that for long periods and the roots get cold that the plants start to slow down. You may still need a space heater for the winter when lights are off.
