Indoor 1st indoor grow - Green Poison

Well.. They are autos so they will be all right.. have a joint and relax :) :smokebuds:

OK THEY JUST CAME BACK ON...

I AM IN THE MOUNTAINS SO IT COULD HAVE BEEN FOR DAYS! LUCKY IT WAS FOR ONLY A FEW MINUTES AND MY BALLAST BALANCED OUT ANY CRAZY CURRENT (HOUSE IS OVER 100+ YEARS AND ELECTRICITY IS WIRED...FUNNY). NO EXPLOSIONS AND NO LONG TERM WITH OUT POWER...

GETTINGREEN AGAIN!

I was in the middle of typing a similar response to zaQ's when my power went out for a second. Came right back on though. Weeeeiiiiiiirrrrrd!! No worries bro, they'll just think it's a super cloudy day. :smokebuds:

What a night! Crazy storms here but the power kept.

Photos are pretty high res so click on them three times to see all the interesting action the seedlings are producing. Any and all feedback is great. I have a feeling after reading so many other journals that my girls are not maybe where they should be after 12 days since popping out of the ground. But, could be the strain for all I know. Still learning...

Day: temp 23.8c humidity 30%
Night: temp 16.1c humidity 74%

Cool Avatar. Your temps are rather low man. Are you able to warm it up any?

i would think you are still overwatering, the soil looks wet in those pics and thats only the surface we can see, 11L pots will hold water for a long time (i would think) with seedlings that small.
you should lift the pots and mentally/or not weigh and write down or mentally note the weight when wet then when dry the difference should be the weight of the water that has been used or evaporated. you dont want them bone dry but letting them dry out more helps rootgrowth as they look for moisture also lets them get oxygen which they need.

i had a quick read through but if you dont have a fan blowing gently on the seedlings you should get one, justa cheap weak one it simulates wind(light breeze not gale) which they react to and build healthy strong stalks which will help transport of water and nutes in future and also hold up buds etc. i think your bent seedling was from a weak stem, supporting it will not fix this just make it rely on the stick instead.

other than that they look good, and again nice room i forsee a jungle there someday.

during night hours I have no control. it has been in the back of my mind and after I saw your comment I lowered the speed of the fan and turned down the humidifier and raised the temp avg to 23.4 or so. whats the ideal temp for night/day? I guess it depends on the strain and the medium. Thanks for keeping an eye on them though!

I was thinking the same thing about the watering and when I saw your advise I decided not to water today. I can´t feel the wait of the buckets because I have the hose distributing the humidity taped to the buckets... This is the hard part about not doing a transplant and starting deep. I just have to be more patient and I appreciate the nudge. Any other ideas other than lifting?

Update 5.6.12

Day- Temp 23.4c humidity 44%
Night- Temp 15.6 humidity 75%

Girls look good. I see a bit of leaning on the leaves on the outside and I am thinking watering soon but will let the big buckets dry up a bit more. I am changing the water in the humidifier once a day and I PH the water to about 6.3.
