Hello forum. Been around since the beginning of my experimental grow. Sorry I'm not posting pictures. I'm extremely insecure about taking and posting pictures with my cell phone due to growing being not only illegal where I'm at , but it qualifies as cannabis laboratory or something which gets even worse penalties than selling. No soft drugs policy either. But that's another topic.

So I started 2 lsd-25 autofems from Fast Buds in my closet under a 150w dual spectrum cfl with reflector in 15l plastic pots in 100% organic biobizz all mix soil. Plants stretched quite a bit under the cfl , but I decided not to LST , being my first grow and not planning to upgrade equipment anytime soon. Other than that no signs of stress or deficiencies.

I did buy an 80x80x1,80cm grow tent though. It came with an 80w full spectrum (not so sure about that, only red and blue light) led light, an 80 m3/h exhaust fan which I upgraded to a 280 m3/h and made the smaller one the inline fan and a carbon filter. Budget's pretty tight so no upcoming upgrades anytime soon.

Girls doing rather fine , second week of pre-flowering (week 5 day 35), they're sitting at ~90 cm height , 11 inches away from light , plenty of white hair coming out of bud sites , buds still being pretty small though. Biggest being ~3 cm at top of plant. Started feeding organic nutes (bio bizz indoor trypack) at week 4 , still half dose of recommended.

Here's a few of my concerns:

1 Wattage. Not sure if the 80w led is going to do the job. Girls seem to like it so far but I'm still really concerned about my yield. I didn't expect much in the first place , but I don't want to end up with nothing but airy pop corn buds.

2 Temperature. Winter is at our doorstep , here in the far south eastern corner of third world Europe. Temps around 18-20 C° on a constant basis. I try to keep it closer to the twenties by turning on and off the exhaust fan whenever it gets too chilly. Probablly will move heater to the room the tent is , during December.

3 Humidity. Not doing that great on that part either. Being constantly around ~70% although my country is supposed to not be that humid. I guess it's the house. Oh well.. Pretty sure my worse purchase for this grow was a very small and of questionable quality 0,5 l dehumidifier. I tried every possible way to lower the humidity inside the tent using it. Even turned exhaust and inline fan off for like a couple hours ,only to notice humidity did not decrease at all. I do plan to buy a decent one and have it up and running during later stages of flowering though. Week 7+.

I think that pretty much sums my grow up. Would like any input/advice from more experienced growers. Thanks in advance , keep it green.

A lot of us in the same boat :pass: risk v reward.my fancy smart fone is now thick as shit with everything turned off,its a wonder i can find me way home.
Most led are between 1/4 and half the advertising watts so 20-40 ish watts, not great but good enough for a grow.
Lack of heat is an issue here to.insulation as much as p0sible,speed controller to reduce fan.
A few toy humidifier out there to.
Good luck n keep er lit

I was worried about pic's as well before it became legal in Canada. Here is something you can do. You want to get rid of the Meta data contained on your photo. I am sure you can do this on your phone , but I have only done it on my pc. I'll explain how.

-Move your pictures on your phone to your P.C. Right click on the photo and click Properties. Click on the top tab that says "Details".

Here is where you can see the Meta Data. It contains all sorts of things you really don't want to share, like your GPS coordinates.

- Next , on the very bottom of this window is text saying " Remove properties and personal Information". Click on that
- Click remove the following properties from this file
- Put a check mark in all the dirty info box's that you would not like to share with the world.
- click the "ok" button, and you are done !

I am growing with the same temps , I have a post in dinafems seed section "white cheese in cooler temps". I'm about day 65 into an auto flower and I have noticed slow growth on the bud sites compared to previous white cheese grows. I think it will turn out ok but definitely at the least going to take a couple weeks longer to finish.. Hope that helps.

Thanks a ton , that's really helpful. I'll be sure to do this after girls are done. Still not feeling very comfortable posting pics while grow is up and running. Won't help with my stress
