I got the Emerald Triangle also. Seemed like a good one. As for the Afghani's, I would love to try some regulars. Thinking about trying my hand at some cloning after this run. Not sure, I am going on my nephew(1000 miles away) helping me, reading and here. Just having fun right now, that and waiting with baited breath. I will msg you about those seeds. Hey man its all good just relax as I'm sure you could see from some of my posts I have been a total wreck haha

I thought I totally messed up my plants but tunes out my blue amnesia xxl plants popped their hairs about 4 hours ago last I checked I almost jumped in my tent bro but I guess now the work starts haha my biggest stress now is finding a carbon filter that works I got a ventech with my fan and honestly it don't work for crap I fed my plants fish emulsion a few weeks back and I can still smell it coming out of my vent but not in the tent. It's almost like the carbon is holding the smells lol

So I'm looking at getting a phresh filter

These octopots seem very interesting maybe one day when I have the money for it tho :') damn that's expensive 1 pot is as expensive as my intro growing setup! Are there cheaper pots like that on the market?

Hi i am starting a auto flower grow with 4 purple mazar and 1 ultraviolet automatic i am also using 1000w 5x5 6.5 tent
when did you put your auto's under the 1000w and how high did your temps run and was you running 12/12 or 18/6

Thanks, I have seen the octopots for $50/ea but that's the cheapest I've come across. I just paid the $300 for the 5. I hear you on the price but if they produce the yield, then they are worth it. If I can get just 1/4 oz more per plant because of those pots, the money was worth it. You figure avg medical going about $75/qtr. I will also say, damn they are easy to use and keep the soil perfect. I'll go into that tonight.

Thanks man, a lot of this I am kinda getting to at night. No biggie, I started under a 400 mh but even with that the plants were turning for the light so that only lasted about a week. I then said screw.it and went for the 1000 mh. NOTHING stretched then. I was keeping it to low in the tent and finally jacked it way up. It was starting to heat stress them.

Lights are running 19 or 20 out of 24, depending on when I turn them off. I know I need to hook up a timer, just haven't done it yet. Some say 24, I think they need a rest. You make the call on that one. Temps are high, 85-90 with the lights on and 68-70 with them off. Co2 stays about 600-800. RH, I can't keep up to save my ass. 25% if I'm , lucky during the day. These are some things I am trying to sort out now, like the temp of my light. Hope some of this helps. The Muffin Man

High there TMM, cool grow you got going! I like those pots man seem like they will do work. Im using a soil/hydro hybrid similar to yours except my roots dont grow into a res they just top feed every few hours and recycles the runoff into the main res. Subbed up for the show man looking forward to the deetails! btw.. great score at the auction! lol

and another thing is im going to make my own fem seeds so it would save money and for breeding different strains.
i plan on crossing a barneys critical kush with purple mazar. and in the future have a auto flower strain kritical maze...

You are gonna have to forgive me as Im not sure what scrog-ing is. I am still very new to growing. Autos do everything a reg plant does, they just do it quicker and you have no control over when things happen. So any stress to the already short veg cycle could play hell with them. Try it, what's the worst case, you screw it up. Who cares, plant 2 and only mess with one, if it dies, you still have the other.
