Great news man! thanks so much for taking the time to set this up. Your reply was beyond what I was hoping for. I've never done anything like this before but that reward is so nice that it's hard to pass up. ^_^

What about members vote on the video execution, journal, creativity and the staff or FastBuds can select the plants, who knows... I'd just like for all of the members that participate to have an equal chance and it not be a popularity contest.

- Only one report per grower is allowed.
- MODIFIED: All the 3 seeds provided must be grown. (Growers having ONE PLANT rooms CAN JOIN IN the contest but MUST indicate this fact in the private message you'll send for the admission request and we'll take it in count).
- Real date and time must be shown periodically during the posted videos.
- Videos must have argumentative comments, oral and/or written.
- Minimum length for each video posted: 3 min.
- Mínimum video quality: 720p.
- You must manifest agreeing on sharing all or any part of your final production with FastBuds, and allow FastBuds to make further use from it for its own concerns. We’ll quote the autor when we’ll make use of the provided video material.

@FastBuds I want to be clear on 'argumentative comments' are you saying you want opinions (look at how tight teh nodes are! wow, only 3 weeks and already buds!), or you want taunting of the other contestants, or, what exactly is it you mean when you say 'argumentative'?

Well, it's fine what you propose but quite difficult to execute. The fact is the final podium will come up from an average between all that 4 inputs. We like to leave it in the hands of the members to avoid suspicions and mistrusts. It's not necessary to state that our trust in the fairness and the honesty in this site and its members is absolutely fulfilling and overpassing our expectations, so that's why we feel confident of letting you all vote wisely. :smoking:

Perhaps this decision does not satisfy everyone, as is logical, but we think the most appropriate.

Well, we refer to the things you usually write in the reports, but as a video comment. The rest and the way to do it, it's up to your creativity

Just a couple of ideas im going to throw in.
How about relaxing the 3min minimum lenght for each video update. As some updates especially earlier ones (first few weeks) will sometimes be uneventful?
Then make a final video that sums up the whole grow say 3mins-5mins long and the comp is judged by that 1 video?
maybe you can edit together some earlier videos to make the final one, is there some sort of app for that? Maybe not and im just talking nonsense.
Anyway just some ideas!!

The 3 minutes minimum limit is for the final video of each player. During the reports, you can do whatever you want. You can post videos in every actualization, too. Or do it normally and keeping the videos for the final video... your choice. But bear in mind that the report will be also considered for the final winning podium.

That is just what we are talking about. All the video edition apps can do this. Youtube included. Yes.

Hey..thanks so much for the invitation for this contest, but I am on the worst internet possible, so uploading videos is near impossible, and my plants for the outdoor season are all filled up. Thanks so much though, and I look forward to trying out a couple of your strains!

Man you guys rock!!! I wish I had a HD camera and a clue about video making.

Lol funny thing is my tent is full of fast buds plants I have 2- lsd, 2-green crack, 2-gsc, 4 blackberry and 2-pineapple express and they are doing great. I wish I had a the time to compete in this contest but My resources are tied up at the moment on those hopefully you guys do another cometition with them or Dutch passion I will for sure compete .
