Looks like they are a bit stunted. Not much you can can do now, except to learn from your mistakes. They should be more intersects for this age. Insufficient light may be part of the problem but they are not excessively leggy. Check PH with a good meter, should be around 6.5. Next time fill your pots to the top of the pots, this allows extra root space in the pot.
Best to grow out and enjoy your rewards. I found it best to not repot auto's unless you know what you are doing. Any stress in the first few weeks and runts are what you get. You might be surprised and the roots have hit the bottom of your pots, that will affect the size.
I know there are advanced growers doing well in tiny pots but they are advanced growers and have everything else spot on.
