That also lends to PROPER drying and curing, with appropriate humidity and temperature levels. Drying too quickly actually stops the degradation of chlorophyll for example, and in fact, slows and hinders the degradation of sugars and starches in the flower itself (which is why weed dried too quickly tends to taste like shit, or gets that grass smell locked in.)
