Episode 1, Chapter 2: A Fine Encounter.
When we left off Sawney Bean was seeing the Archer off, passing him a satchel…
As he handed him the satchel he said “These beans have a special purpose”…
“Before you leave Id like to show you something.” He told the Archer and they walked. The path lead to a garden that seemed somehow enchanted. Along the way he would stop to whisper to the plants. Some responded to his apparent wizardry and obeyed his commands. The plants leaned in toward him when he passed and sparkled and prayed up to the sky upon his words caressing their foliage (The Archer stood in awe).
The garden path lead to an alter that sat in the center of a circled space. They approached the alter and the archers eyes were stung by the brightness of the enchantment that was occurring and he shielded his eyes. Sensing the events were over the Archer opened his eyes to see Sawney holding an object. A cube. Extending his hand he offered the object to the Archer. “This will show you past present and future, and will help with guidance for the souvenirs in your satchel. When you want to see the past plants you can check in this cube”.
when the Archer touched the cube he again was blinded by the enchanted square, but this time when he opened his eyes he saw the past plants when the wizard was emerging as a supreme sorcerer.
The Archer dove deeply onto the lore…
