Hi pop, I know you are not happy with the one year warranty. And I know other growers also have this confusion.
So here I wanna explain why we change to use one year warranty again. 
- The old warranty policy is for the first year, if your lights are broken, we take care of it and no fees charges, and for the second and third year, we help you fix it, and you pay the shipping. While the new warranty policy is, for the first year. if your lights is broken, we help you fix if, no fees charge, and for the other time, we can help you fix the lights, but you need to pay some shipping and the repair parts, we will not charge too much, so in fact the warranty policy is not changed too much.
Just sounds a little different. - Some company can provide 5 year or even longer warranty, the fact is their price is pretty high. Their profit margin is pretty big, so they don't mind to replace the unit for you. Coz some time even they replace one unit to you, they still make enough money.
Some other small Chinese companies, may ask you to return the light back to China, from which the shipping is kinda as expensive as one light so customers would prefer to buy a new light. In this way, they avoid the warranty. However, we are a company that needs to survice here in a long run, we are factory that don't charge you that much money for two lights price one unit. Our profit margin is not big, that is why so many US local stores don't wanna work with us as well. Besides, we have warehouse and repair centre in many country, so we can proceed the warranty policy very smoothly, not like other companies from China. Even if the light broken after one year, we can help take care of it and without much price charged. We states one year, but we will do the warranty really good. So hope you guys can understand us.
