Widely farmed in...in hydro environments........ steamed in white wine and sprinkled with your favorite herbs..... The angles starts singing and symphonies are composed.....

Here's a few pics from today, Day 13, The past 24 hours has been the most noticeable growth so far. think I'm going to be seeing a big difference every day now. Res temps are 19 degrees PH 5.9 and EC 1.3.

I changed the res for the first time on day 7. 24 hours after I went for my daily check and the one finger leaves were drooping and slightly burned at the tip I'd only upped the ec by 0.2! so i made a fresh res of plain Water and full strength root stim and left for another 24 hours.... After 24 hours I made another res up at EC1.3 The damage was already done to the one finger leaves but since then I've had significant (healthy) root and plant growth. First big lesson learned lol Think I'm back on track now

Hey Lewb seems like your EC is a little on the High side for such a young plant. from what i have seen your should be keeping it around 0.7-0.9 at this stage of the plants life. Looks like your on top of things man, looking forward to more.

Thanks dazed I appreciate it! I love seeing the roots too. They grow so quick. I'm loving the switch to hydro bro bit gutted about the slight burn I got but I suppose the best lessons are learnt through making mistakes!

Thanks for the kind words grim. My starting EC is 0.5 so it is probably more like 0.8 once I've added nutes. It seems to be looking and growing healthy since my first mis-hap haha

Dude, that EC level is bit too high for that stage but dont panic. Aim to lower it somewhere at 1.0 or so. I usually never go higher than 1.5 in an entire cycle unless there is really hungry strain.

Please note that I am not an expert but simply just saying what has worked for me the best. Good luck with the grow! I will follow this too since I do DWC too and I am planning on doing Scrog someday soon.
