Hello Everyone.........I am really glad to have found an autoflower network! I have more experience with photos but did a few auto grows when they were a "new" thing about 5 years ago..........Its great to see how far autos have come since then............The reason I have switched up to autos recently is because my grow tent that I ordered from E-bay is not light tight........needless to say I wasted A LOT of time recently only to get hermies and a bunch of leaf to cook with. I cannot afford the 250 to 300 bucks it costs to get a better tent that is light tight.....so here I am..back with autos...And I am stoked!!!......I had great results with The Joint Docs Easyryder........also grew out G-13 labs Poison Dwarf............I am currently waiting for my Cream Mandarine fems from Sweet Seeds to arrive.....once here I will start a grow journal here on them.....My current equipment is as follows.....4X4X7 grow tent(a few tiny light leaks!) 400watt hps/mh dimmable..both bulbs....3 5gal DWC buckets with netpot and hydroton stones....4in exhaust fan..4in Cococarbon filter...use mainly Advanced nutes.......anyhow...I have a few pics of my last easyryder--poison dwarf auto grow done in 2009....they are in my profile under my album................Great to be a member here!....................:group: :Thank You:

That's as good a reason to grow Autos as any i've seen! I'm sure you'll be more than impressed with some of the latest strains coming out! Potent and Tasty!

I am new to autos too having done several years of photo growing and they are quite different, its been fun learning about them.
DWC and autos is a winning combination, you can expect some amazing results, you have a good set up and Ive been using Advanced nutes for years too, brilliant stuff, works great on autos too, just have to start light, theyre more sensitive to chemical fertilisers than photo strains.
I am currently growing Sweet Seeds, Dark Devils, 4 out of the 5 seeds popped and are growing very well, good seeds. You should be a happy man in a few months time.

Thanks for the heads up Lion!.....I had great luck 5 years ago with The joint docs Easyryder.....Even tho it was an outdoor grow the final result was amazing........since then autos have taken great strides in leaps and bounds!...looking forward to seeing your Dark Devils!....have you got a journal going?...would love to check em out! :drool::dance2:

Hi all, what an amazing site

I've grown a few autos in the past, with mixed results.

My last grow was perfect, yielding four ounces from four plants, each in 2L pots using CFL and organic compost/nutes.

Hopefully i can get that much again, and i'll do a diary this time !

Where do i start a diary, i couldn't find a diary-section ?

Hello Steely! those are some great results with such small pots!....great work!.....also I believe its called a grow journal here.....I am new here as well......but it seems the ppl on this site are very helpful and also seem to care(which is unusual these days)......I bet one of the vets here could help you get started with a journal.......any vets or mods here that can give Steely some info on how to start a grow journal here?:brow:
