Day 36 - A little more LST applied. Struggling to keep the fan leaves out the way! so it's looking a little messy, just trying to tuck them in where I can.

she is getting smashed in that container lewb. lol -- but she will recover and head for the lights.

you should fill up the container to the top (holes) next time -- dont be afraid to let the plant grow out the container

looking good for her age  keep it up.

didnt mean to get you scared bro so the freedom isnt necessary (i like to do it from time to time just to her stretch and all)

but as long as she is tied and not BROKEN in anyway -- then by all means tie her up as you please.

:smokebuds:

Nice microgrow!.
I would also suggest filling the container a little more next time as the container doesn't reflect much light and the reflective material on the pc case walls would work better if the pot walls would be shorter or the plant higher.
If she gets any bigger I would suggest another light or get a stronger bulb as those 60 W could be too little and you would be missing out on some extra bud!
I always love watching micro-grows and this a good one..
Good luck.

Haha I was a little scared of letting it too high before! I think it actually looks alot healthier though now i've let it spring up, really short on space over here though :help:

Thanks for the advice midowo! Yeh it didn't take me long to realise I'd screwed up on how much soil I'd put in lol. What bulb would you suggest? I know it's tight for space but for my next attempt I was thinking I might

1. Put more soil in the container!
2. Once I've put the soil in the container, put a metal plate down the middle. Put one seed either side and grow them both to cross over. The Plate will seperate the roots.

I know this would be tight but do you think it could work?

For the two plants in the one container -> of course it would work, but I doubt that you need the metal plate as those two plants will stay togeather till the harvest and the this way they could have more rook for their roots to expand, but I am not sure about that last bit!
And for the bulb, there are bigger wattage CFL's like 125 W and 150 W, 200W and so on, but I think the best solution would be another bulb right next to the first one because you could then mix the light spectrum of them getting one 2700K and one 6500K. But be careful about the temperatures as that small space can heat up fast!
