Im guessing the “cultivators club” means you know what youre talking about. Could i be hurting the plant without realizing it?1100ppm (500scale) is a bit high 700-800ppm is good for most any auto I've grown

With autos i go for fast strains and dont usually have to worry, they are finished before any problems arise, but with photo periods it doesnt hurt to flush on e or twice with something like florakleen or another salt flushing agent. I feed as little as i can to carry the plants thru, but like i said if i push the ppms too high then the plants always suffer amd that probably has to do with my water quality but until i can remedy the situation ill keep it on the light sideNot necessarily I've been wrong plenty just means I've documented a few grows and get in the club for some seed testing and other stuff occasionally. It doesn't have anything to do with your growing abilities
Possibly sometimes it takes weeks for problems to show if your feeding excessively you could be causing a build up in the pot but some strains handle it better then others just something to think about if you have issue's
Thats wild i thought my 350 was high. RO is worth it but i pay fixed utilities so its all the same to my walletMy tap water is about 400ppm and i know thats not ideal but i cant afford another RO system right now. My 15yr old unit took a dump
I was watching an autopot video and they said dont flush from the top. There’s some sort of capillary action that brings nutrients towards the surface so if you flush from the top, you can draw nutrients down and cause more problems. They were saying you actually the flush from the bottom. i’m not sure how much you can actually flush from the bottom, but that’s what they’re saying. With autos i go for fast strains and dont usually have to worry, they are finished before any problems arise, but with photo periods it doesnt hurt to flush on e or twice with something like florakleen or another salt flushing agent. Maybe for auto pots you flush from the bottom, i dont always believe everything i read, especially from manufacturers trying to sell somethingI was watching an autopot video and they said dont flush from the top. It would make sense to me that you could flush from the top as long as you’re aware of what’s happening and using enough water to flush. I just thought it was interesting and i got excited to shareMaybe for auto pots you flush from the bottom, i dont always believe everything i read, especially from manufacturers trying to sell something
