Problem: yellowing/brown spots/ purpling leaves

Medium/grow method: biobizz all mix,soil

Feed: and supplements used: bio grow, top max, bio bloom, cal/mag, bio grow, bio haven.

water source: tap water 500ppm

Strain/age: red poison/late flower

light used: viparspectra xs2000

Climate: 20/25 C 50/60rh

Additional info: it started with brown dots then yellowing, added Ph d water on 6.5 and calmag + nothing was happening.
The situation keep getting worse every day, checked the runoff 6.5 4000ppm... flushed until 1800ppm 6.5ph but the plant didn’t respond .... it’s not the first time this happens and I don’t get why ... from greens and happy plants dots start appear and yellowing afterwards.

tap water is 500ppm from the source, no nutes.
I read ppl having troubles with biobizz soil but .. is it the problem? There are many growers who doesn’t seems to have any kind of problem with it.

Not much you can do this late.Next grow try another brand of potting mix because i keep seeing problems with Biobiz products.

Biobizz Allmix Soil can "sometimes" be too hot for seedlings. Recommended using Biobizz Light Mix - i've never heard of a problem with this soil and have used it for many years.

I don't know how old your plant is, but it looks like it could be finishing up (and the leaves will turn yellow and die)

People often have issues with the biobizz nute range because it's organic and they work slightly differently to salt based nutes, and also there's some confusion over using Nitric or Phosphoric acid as PH down, which is counter productive in an organic grow (kills the microherd you're trying to biild) .. so you can either buy the organic PH down by biobizz, or just use lemon juice (citric acid)

Or .. Try the Biobizz Light Mix, with a simple Canna (salt based) Nutes: I like to use Canna Start (optional) for the first couple of weeks, Then Canna Vega for Veg, and Canna Flores for Flowing. You could add a PK booseter in there for the last phase, and I like to use a tiny splash of calmag with my feeds.

Hope this helps

I would defer to the more knowledgeable growers above but would add that 500pm for starting water is wayyyyy high. I would suspect lockout of some sort. Do you have a water report form your water supplier? Interested to know if your source water is high in K (and perhaps locking out N). IMHO, YMMV, etc.

Yes, I agree with the above post. I think you would probably need to address your water first. If you don't want to invest too much money, buy some jugs of distilled water from the store and use it to cut down your tap water a bit. I 50/50 mine and it's only 210ppm from the tap.

I have a spring water source next to my house, it s 200ppm, I could try that from now on and see what happens.
Also this is what the water provider tells me about tap water.

Man - my college Italian is too rusty (dimenticato troppo vocabulario) but I would be all over that spring water. Still a bit high (200) but you wouldn't have to cut it with much RO to be good. Tagging my growmie @indicalla on this one - he uses mountain spring water with great results

Mine comes out of the mountain at about 6.8 PH and 40 PPM. Love using this water. I’ll be watching this grow!
