1000w led in a 3x3x72 tent. My lights on Temp is 79f, but our nights are getting a bit cooler up here in the north country and I keep my house at 70f so the tent is about the same at night. I guess my question is, what's the goldilocks zone as far as temp fluctuation is concerned, is an almost 10 degree change from day to night detrimental to autos?

As long as I don't go lower than 70f things are normally fine for me

The only other problem I forsee is maintaining a 60% Humidity at both day and night cycle. I have a humidifier I run for the house, maybe invest in a smaller one to place directly in the tent. How have others raised the RH while growing autos inside during the winter months?

At night time hours I'd be at 75-78F with 67-75 RH and inside fan going but as soon as the lights turn on 80-85F with 25-30 RH with inside fan and inline going and I tried it all.Today I bought an el cheapo walmart(in my thread) humidifier and it works like magic. It is kinda big as you'll see im my grow journal but works fast and keeps humidity there where it should be.So I'd say yes get aone for your tent too.

Other options would also include reversing your light schedule so the lights are on during the coldest portion of the day/night. And off during the warmest. I generally do this year round.

70% RH is ok for veg. But if I see that in flower, especially with cooler temperatures I don’t like it. I actually broke down and bought a dehumidifier for the garage this week. Last thing I wanted to do. But my 4x4 is getting cramped.

Temps I would love to maintain around 82 F with an RH around 60 all the time. Not always possible. Especially in a garage. I generally find that if I get plants nice and strong in the indoors 4x2 before moving out to the bigger tent, they will handle dips into the 60s just fine. YMMV.

My lights are gonna be on 24 for veg, I'll bump that back to 20/4 for Flowering, just trying to get an idea on how I'm gonna deal with RH during veg, I'll check out a humidifier or just move the one I have now into the tent.

I run a whole room humidifier in the grow room rather than inside the tents. 60% is a bit high, you could do with 50% especially with lower temps at night. Running a humidifier in a tent that actively exhaust is frustrating and starts to feel stupid.

Temps are fine so long as you don't have frequent large swings as they can cause issues.
