How Can I Improve Thickness amd Density in My Buds

hey guys,
i'm trying to improve quality,density and thickness into my buds do you guys have any suggestions or tips on to how I could do that?

Couple things dont let your temps get too high. Above 25c is too much for example. I aim for 15-25. Helps for density. Also, try using coco coir, and make sure to use nutrients. Use molasses too. Get a co2 bag or can like tnb natirals. Do training and pick your spots when defoliating. Use fans

My tent always has high temps, but I never seem to have a problem with bud density.

BTW How much light do you have going in your tent?

Genetics, light, nutrients, water quality etc....if your looking for a magic ingredient....you won't find it.....it's a combination of all the growing processes and how they interact and learning how to spot problems. That's why you can find tutorials on every growing style on the forums.....just got to decide how you want to grow and read, research and refine.
Might get better answers if you tell us what you currently use, how intensive you want to be about it (lol, we do have a few helicoptor farmers), etc.
BTW, those do't look bad at all, potential for a nice harvest.

i defoileted last week lolipooped her and she back with more leaves should i defiliate again or let her ride shes been defoileted 2 times allready

Got to be more detailed...They make quite a few lights......and more detail on the whole grow setup can get more detailed answers.
Like..I run 3 x Mars-Hydro TS1000's in a 2 x 4 x6 tent. Normally 3 gallon pots using Fox Farm Happy Frog, RO/distilled water. MegaCrop 1 part (2.5 gram per gallon).5 gram epsom salt, few drop of SuperThrive...etc.....
