Phosphorus deficiency?

Problem: leaves are dropping and now yellowing with brown spots and starting to feel brittle.

Medium/grow method: canna terra pro soil plus 30% perlite.

Feed: and supplements used: biobizz grow, bloom and heaven

water source: tap water 6.4 ph bubbled with an air stone.

Strain/age: auto mazar in it's 8th week

light used: 600w hos

Climate: 28c

Additional info. I've been having trouble with her drooping from week 6 onwards when I changed lights and had a few hot days along with overfeeding. I did a flush and started back on half nutrients. It looks like I had some dry patches in the soil and she's perked up a bit with slow steady watering. But now the leaves are getting brown patches and yellowing. Looks like phosphorus deficiency.. any ideas on how to fix it would be welcomed.

Your pH is probably a tad low this causing a couple different nutrient lockout issues I see P and cal mag def.

advice: flush your pot with 3X the volume of your volume of medium. IE if you have a 1 gallon pot Run 3 gallons of regular water De chlorinated water through it. Then add your regular nutes and pH it to 6.7-6.8 and it should correct within a week. You will not see theleaves that Were affected come back after necrosis has occurred. But you willdust see it stop spreadinf. That’s how you will know you are on the right track

Awesome I'll give it a go. I watered and fed yesterday so assuming I should wait until she dries out? Also I think my pH meter may be a bit off checking what the water company publishes.. it should be closer to ph 7.

dont trust the water company's published levels. They will have a +/- factored in to their reading and there will also be local variations in your pipeline. A good quality PH meter is the best investment any grower can make.

My Mazar is still looking really sick and had been getting more and more yellow each day. It isn't really dry yet so I haven't done the second flush yet but was thinking it may be rootbound.

Does this look normal for a 8 week plant in a 14L pot?

I haven't harvested, still only 8 weeks. I was very gentle and the soil came out super easily without anything stick to the sides. I'm just lost as to why it's drooping, sick and looking like nutrient deficient. Reading about root bound plants seems to cover a lot of the symptoms.

If you can pull a plant out of a pot like that, then the soil is way to dry. That causes compaction. You shouldn't be letting the soil dry out at all. It should always be damp. I would give that plant a good watering and let her try to recover.

I was about to ask when was the last time you watered prior to that picture.. they look like when I miss my watering time they start sucking from the bottom leaves (its what I think happens lol oh well)

I'll give that a go. The soil was still damp, not too wet. I've got a soil moisture prove which was showing more than 3/4 or hight for most of the pot. Should I give a lot of water like a flush and then feed? Or just the water?
