Autos In cocoa

I just tested the runoff on this plant pictured here. PH was 6.27 and ppm was 550. It has only had organic Dr. earth and worm castings and it is in a blended soil of Pete and Coco and worm castings and perlite I just tested the runoff on this plant pictured here. It looks hungry. Try raising the water PH to 6.5 or 6.4. Your medium is raising it some. 6.5 is a sweet spot for nutrient availability. When you water get a good feel for the weight. When it is half that weight you can water without fear. Look at them 4, 5, 6 hours after water not just b4 lights out. I currently have 4 strains going. 2 weep every day b4 lights out. The other 2 never weep. I water every day. 1 gallon (4 liter) in 5 gallon pots. Again you can use a folded towel to pull excess water from bottom of pots when you water. My pots are about 75% of watered weight when I water. Try something and stick with it for a few days. Immediate results are rare.

550 PPM is good for young plants. Nutrients are there, assuming it is balanced and complete. Feels like an availability issue. What are your microbial inputs?

I would say that my microbial inputs would be the top dressing of organic material I do after amending, also are use great white, worm castings are there. I have used tarantula parana in the past and could get those if I need to but I was looking for something a little less expensive. Also I’ve heard all the talk about how A lot of those microbial inputs are not needed as long as you have the composted material replenishing them.
Man I’m glad you were responding to my case. I’m really distraught because it seems my new plants now twice have gone awry after beginning to flower. A camo G plant literally drew back all of its white hairs and ended up finishing with 4 ounces!- of UnUSABLE ,fox tail-looking zero smell zero THC buds when the one sitting right next to it of the same strain did magnificent without a hiccup.
I think that I need to learn about vapor pressure deficit. It seems as though humidity heat/light cold roots, ET see have my system is all messed up now and I can’t really seem to figure out how to gain back the equilibrium I had going just a few short weeks ago.
My system is 50% coco, 20@%Perlite,15% Peat, 15% WC. And I just got one of those player packs from roots organics so I’ve intent on fully incorporating their system. Can you tell me just how much pre-soaking I need to do with the Coco because it leaches calcium I’ve been told.?

A good coco is already buffered for Cal.
If you buy cheap coco (which I do) they say to buffer it with 2x recommended cal mag 2 times. Saturate the coco with 2x more water/calmag than it can absorb. Drain it off. Do it again. I use warm water because it feels right.
Compost is a very generic term. Unless you have a real good idea of how it was produced you have no idea as to its biological diversity or viability.
Look into aerated teas. Very inexpensive to set up etc. Research KNF.

Will do.
also, do I need to be adding dolomite lime to my mix? Does Peat mess with the ph and need lime to balance out? And limesays something about calcium too right???

Dont worry about Peat and PH.
Lime is good. Yes calcium. I make my own calcium with eggshells and vinegar. Azomite or Glacial Rock Dust is great for trace minerals. GRD is best. A good dry organic like Gia Green 444/284
Or Down to Earth's 444/394 has most of what you need. Check out Mr. Canucks YouTube. I just cant help myself. I have to use lots of things but I am conservative in how much quantity i use of any one thing. I think Mr. Canucks style is perfect. I just cant seem to simplify my life. His system with more teas and active microbial inputs is best probably. Problem with his grow for me is where is the silica, tricantinol, enzymes, chelates....
He definately brings the dank with essentially 2 inputs and the occasional tea.

I hope you’re being sarcastic when you mention him. Because if you are that’s pretty funny. You’re exactly right, fuck him. Where are the micos and microbes? I guess his Canadian world is perfect. How about this......I live in Alabama. I got hard water, hard as fuck. I’ve got exceptionally hot summers and spirit-dampening winters. About 30 of my clones dampened off or got route right because I live on a concrete slab like most people do around here.
No I began a thread asking the question : could I achieve what he was portraying. Another person on the forum wrote that he didn’t really know about that guy either.
It seems as though he lives in a Canadian perfect world. Good for him. Like I said it’s hot as hell down here.

Right. Where are his microbes? He does grow nice plants. He may not get all of the potential from his genetics but he has a very simple system that seems to work.

You seem to fàce serious nutrient imbalance. I suggest you get some bottle nutrients àñd flush your plants.
