Here’s my Chocolate Mint OG at day 13. She’s a fine looking girl, although maybe a little hungry? She went a bit yellow on the new growth suddenly, so I sweetened her pot a bit in the res change and we’ll see how she likes it. She was the first of the new starts to hit the water and I’ll be looking to top her any day when she sticks her 5th out far enough for me. Won’t be long. I’m expecting fine things from her.
And hey, she’s my first photo, happy for any training tips. I’m planning on a 45 day-ish 12/12 flip but that’s not set in stone.
Damn, I was browsing through breeder strain notes, she could be a bigBIG girl, too bad I’m stuck inside with her.

HSO Chocolate Mint OG photoperiod on day 23 —
I topped her at the 4th or 5th node on day 17. She likes her calmag. I was feeling pretty good about her until I saw some of the other ladies in the show

Here is my HSO Chocolate Mint OG at day 45. I flip to 12/12 and flower tonight!
10 days without a topoff or pH check — great genetics on display here!
Week 6 update
My HSO Chocolate Mint OG photoperiod on day 50. She’s doing great and loving life, just flipped her to 12/12 about 5 days ago. I’m running her at about 900 ppm total, mostly Megacrop and CalMagPro. Her next reservoir change I’ll also start adding Bud Explosion, topping her off at about 1100 ppm. Really excited for the upcoming stretch and training opportunities. She gets ongoing defoliation and Heisenberg tea.

Week 7
Here is my HSO Chocolate Mint OG at day 57, there on the left. She gets Megacrop, Bud Explosion, and a couple other things. These are nice big girls sitting in 7.5 gallon containers, and probably not done their stretch, I have a few tricks up my sleeve for the COBs so I think they’ll be fine. I have a couple plants to harvest this week, and then these will have the 6 COBs pretty much to themselves. These are almost 2 weeks under 12/12 Lighting.
