Personally, I would let them go a bit further to see if that helps the situation. Any training or defoliation will add to the total grow time, from my experience.

Other than that, I've noticed some strains bulk up more, and even some plants within a strain will do better than others. That being said, I think you would do well to add something else. If it was me, I would just get something from @Greenleaf Nutrients That is what I'll do, once this budswell runs out. I just had it laying around. I'm using their Sweet candy....that is supposed to be good for what you're looking for.

Nah the nearest is about a day away lol. The cupboards are ok considering late winter but you have to have a certain magic to make it edible
