Not sure what to make for sides yet. We've got fresh brussel sprouts or I could do the old fave BBQ baked beans.

Well the smoker has been fired up. Got the ribs on with some apple wood. Now need to make a sauce so hopefully they turn out like this.

I'd go with the beans. Some greens and corn sounds good too. Lol I prefer butter beans, you can hold the other beans on my plate. Couple eggs be nice too.
