Indoor Stone Dragons, Cream Caramel and a Lowryder

Hey Prez and squid, thanks a lot! I'll do my best to live up to the fine compliments. :smokebuds:

Rebel! Thank you! I'll share all I can, seein' how it's 99% AFN knowledge that I'm sharing. It's all bits and pieces of you guys.
Weekly pic updates are the plan, with sexy in-between's as needed. :smoke:

:smokebuds:

Sounds good to me Mate! :smokebuds: I think all our grows are bits and pieces of each other... That's why the fabric of AFN is woven so tightly... We all lift each other to higher levels. This site is truly amazing... :buds: :smokebuds:

Man...I really like that. Your quote should be sticky'd just so people can read that.

no body works a CFL like Noods! nice work. some of the best and most creative work goes into MJ growing :) whole community of McGuyvers... minus the mullets... i hope...

Yes, Noods CFL grows are magic! He gets the same bud I get under a 600W HPS :smokeit:

zaQ, I am really excited about getting my 150w T5's hung up in there at the beginning of next month.
(I'm secretly hoping that the lights I have till then will suffice. They were great with 2 plants, but five? It might be tight.)
If they start getting too greedy with what they get, I might move SD3 outside on the balcony. I don't even wanna say, "I hope it stays small so no-one sees it." Who wants to say something like that? But it's in a bigger pot than what I had originally planned for my balcony project. That means it would normally grow bigger and therefore just freak out the neighbors. "F'n Dragons on his balcony! :ama:" They'd be after me with pitch-forks and axes! Anyway. That was a nice thing to say and I will do my best to make sure that what you said stays bullshit-proof!

Since I'm telling secrets again, I'll let you in on another one. SD1 has to be a female. I'm in love with "her" already. That proves it. Never in my life have I had any homosexual tendencies. Hetero through and through, and I'm in love. So what does that tell ya.
Here "she" is today, nine days after sprouting, looking different every three hours, just growing, growing, growing. I love that cabbage-y look that all the fresh new life has.

You better pray to be 'cos... ooops... Noods went gay all of the sudden :crying::crying::crying:

Don't mix love to plants/animals with human sexual orientation - you can love male plant or animal

Now seriously, sometimes you just know that a plant will be female - she feels your positive vibes and grows happy in the right direction. Fingers crossed for girls. So far I have germed about 7-8 SD and got only 1 male

Cheers :smokebuds:

That's exactly what I was thinking after I posted that. (I was well done while typing it..) If that thing is a male I'm screwed.

Wow, I totally misunderstood you when you told me that a few days ago! I thought you meant the other way around: from 8 you got one female. Holy crap. Now I'm even MORE psyched about this project. Fuck yeah! SD1 :hump: SD2 :hump: SD3 :hump:

You hear that Red??? Sorry that I gave you bad info my friend. Won't happen again.

Hi friends. :smokebuds: Short Update:

The Cream Caramel is 10 Days from sprouting today.

The Lowryder #2 is 13 Days today and looking stumpy still. I thought it was because of me being to rough while transplanting, but I don't know. I think the LR's are a little heat sensitive. It has some funky mutant leaf stuff going on too.

My darling SD1 is 12 Days from sprouting today. "She" is doing fine.

SD2, lookin good at 10 Days.

SD2 Day 10.jpg

SD3 is 9 Days from sprouting today and hanging a little behind. It has to share all the lights and doesn't have it's own "direct source". Getting sloppy seconds, I guess you could say. Also with some funny leaf things happening. I'm thinking heat.

I'm pretty sure I'll have to do some DIY CO²ing. It's about 30° in there during the day and down to about 24° at night. We'll see.
Everyone has only had sprays and drinks of Distilled Water till now. My Liquid Seaweed finally came today. I'm happy to have that handy. I'll just keep on with the distilled water for a bit; they seem to be cool with it.

I won't be using the spring water after all. I use it for other plants around the house and garden and a few days ago I had some flakey white stuff in my jugs. It's gone again, but who knows what it was and it's just too risky. So I'll use tap water after they're all about three or four weeks.
