Had to cancel ice fishing for the morning... -42C raw temp(not wind chill bulshit) isnt very kind weather for the first icefish of the season...LOL

@Samwell Sorry about your luck . Be patient she'll come around . This is were your kissing up skills will be tested . I had the same issues with my landlady . We're going to get busted , we're going to end up in jail the whole nine yards but with a little negotiation and reassurance I got myself up to a 4 x 4 tent and there has been no more conversation about it . On the other hand the fact that we will be legal coast to coast in Canada this year may have worked in my favor .

Nothing like sitting in a nice warm hut drinking Crown Royal , smoking some weed and listening to the ice moan as it continues to freeze . Catching fish who cares . The first time I went ice fishing I nearly wet myself when the ice did this moaning act I thought I was a goner but learned as long as you could hear that sound everything was just fine

I'm a terrible fisherman. I don't like fish, and I don't like to eat fish, and I really don't like to clean fish.
The problem is I love fishing! I have not been in years, but I have been ice fishing, and I used to go out with buds and just toss a weight out without a hook. No one really noticed it, they thought I was the worst fisherman ever.
