@Frankthetank - Bud do try some high cbd low thc....with minimal psychoactivity high doses of green dragon tincture can be taken and for me I have had days with very little pain.

I'll definetley give it a try then....is there a particular strain you recommend, or should I just look for something with a good ratio? I think DP or Dina have a 25:1....just have to find it.
