Pretty much insect guano..It provides Chitin and Silica, good for teas as a fungal food.

So I should be saving the poo from all the crickets we keep for my sons lizard?

So I could use those instead of perlite in my hybrid bucket safely. I need something bigger. The little perlite is coming out the holes. And I want to add more holes and bigger holes next run. Planning ahead.
