Shoot you know that the door would swing open and we could share one. This time of year cant leave the penguin out in the heat! Might as well bring him down and share some of the frost.

Hey how far above seedlings should a T5 HO be, single 40 watt

You can get them pretty close man, I've had leaves pretty much touching the bulbs with no problem, it will make them squat and bushy though..If you need a little stretch,just back the light off about 3-4 inches and adjust accordingly.

Keep that t5 lower to the canopy to negate any stretching. As long as a hand resting at canopy-level doesn't experience discomfort, seedlings won't either
