I ordered online so no idea what they are sending. I'm going Pf-tek. Using the brf cakes. I got my glovebox built, 3 different terrariums made to test. Oh man I'm ready. Like a school kid waiting on the postman.

IMO the shotgun fruiting chamber works great with the PF tek.

Loving it up in here...tripping on a gram of ecuadorians right now, grew them about a month ago PRF in a SGFC. I threw them under wood chips outside in the rain after the first flush and pulled about an ounce (cracker dry) of outdoor semi-closed caps in the 2nd and 3rd. Amazing stuff.

Nothing like listening to some Deadmau5 by candlelight on a Level .8 trip

Always been tempted to grow my own shrooms and try. Seen the grow kits they sell might treat myself for Xmas. How long does it take to grow them? Honestly is something I've always wanted to try.

About 2 months...3-4 weeks to innoculate jars, couple of weeks depending to fruit them. A few days to dry with dessicant.

Yeah it's about 2 months from start to finish and about 5-14 days to wait for the spores to germ if using a spore syringe.

Also I would advise against getting those kits as they are a ripoff and waste of money. You can find most if not all the stuff at walmart and lowes/home depot for a third of the price of those kits. (jars,brown rice,perlite,verm,1 6500k 26 watt daylight bulb, and a clear storage tote for a shotgun fruiting chamber).
