just ph d my piss this morning 7.4 after one and a half days with bs I'll continue over Xmas it's very cheap and easy to do

It is the Oxygen in your blood that gives you the Energy.

@PH 6.5 you have 10 x Less oxygen in your blood than you should have..
and
@PH 5.5 you have 100 x Less ..which is Scarey...

You should Feel the difference immediately...most people either get a rush for Sex or Spring Cleaning...:coffee2:..be careful which one you Wish for.


Green tea is a Great Help...and any extra Good fluids.

I checked mine earlier today, as it has been a while 6.9. But man I so don't have much energy at all these days, some days it is hard to get motivated to work in my indoor gardens even.

Heat and Light affect PH..going towards the shortest day Most people will be feeling the drop.

Keep Warm and increase Light is the antidote...

I Swear that is why lots of people find their time in an Indoor grow room Comforting.

Symptoms of Magnesium Deficiency
