SPICE - wk 2 flower
can you see how much the spice girls have grown since i put them into flower two weeks ago! I am shocked at the height they are getting too. especially the giant one in the big pot. the other two have been in the same pots their whoe lives. i wanted to see if it really made a difference in size, and i think i have my answer. dont you guys? the other two Spices are on milk crates, to get even with the other one. and its STILL getting taller!
So even just 10-14 days into her flower, she is already thickening up, her foliage is deepening in color, and she's starting to stretch just a little bit. I think i put Big 'Un in the 5 gallon at the right time. you can already see extensive growth. just look in the last page and you will see that shes gained inches in just a week. Her feed is right on time, fully switched over to her bloom feed, and LOVIN it. I'm already worried about her reaching the light, and getting burnt. I may have to train her over, break her stalk, or trim it off, if I dont want her to grow above the light. I can only get it so high! and she's already been topped. I like to do as little training as possible the right time around with a new strain, because i want to see wht im working with, but i do have certain height/size limitations, and i have to consider those when i get a giant like Spice here.
these photos above are BEFORE her last defoliation. She just exploded with growth after i switched her lights, and so i had to trim her down, or she would havfe ended up a larf-city. I think. But below i posted up her after photos. all sites that would have just sucked energy off of her are gone now, and so are anything with damage, anything not getting enough light, and the rest is going to give us a monster harvest, methinks! Here she is after her haircut (you can see my old Tastee LED there in the back. its an old light, pretty much just there for supplemental lighting, so i have not included its stats in the light graph.)
and last but not least, here are her two sisters, the mini-Spice twins. like miniature versions of the big one.
