I grow with a little help from my friends

Ok I promised I would do a journal type tracking for these particular seeds! They are a homemade mephisto cross of Gold Glue X Sour Stomper! 1 started off playing dead and laying over sideways when lights came on 2 days ago. I placed it in closet with other 2 mephistos and the glare off their cfl had this 1 standing up straight before lights out so hopefully it surprises me more! I now have 3 going so 1 may have to stay in solo cup through it’s life as I’m not sure I’ll have room for it in a pot! It now leaves me with 3 of them at 1/2/&3 days old! Just letting everyone know as it’s not same plant across 3 diff photos!

And #3 here on day 3! Day 1 comprised of this lady laying sideways at 90° when lights came on so started a 3rd but this 1 was standing up before lights out that night so will be a nice surprise if she makes it thru ok! Be back later but til then Keep those doobies burning!!

Hello peeps and sorry if this looks a tad scatterbrained at 1st but new to this blogging thing so trying to get everything flowing cohesively here! I’ll be pulling updates of lil ones I have been journaling so easier to track but that’s neither here nor there! Put up a lil update of today’s pics so I can play with the features on here! Will get this blog thing figured out so bare with me!

Something like this creature is how she was acting but
She got some yellowing on her cotyledon leafs but if that’s only issue after playing dead and laying flat in the dirt I’ll take it! Fingers crossed as I patiently wait to see!
This ones on day 3 and stems on the 2 I directly moved jiffy into big pot vs solo cup they def have beefier stems than the ones at day 10 or so!

Still not much to see here! Still barely off the starting line with these and although I had 2 laying sideways and they both were standing by that same evening 1 of them has officially croaked! May still be alive but it’s got some kinda issue since other 2 started behind it have def passed her up and can see how much bigger they r getting each day! I am gonna let it go until other needs to be transplanted outta its solo cup but not expecting it to impress me enough to let it steal the other 1 gal radicle bag from a healthy lady! Be my intro into culling and moving on! Maybe she’ll surprise me again but not holding my breath!
Now on with the show! As with my others I really am not keeping track of the days off the top of my head except each of these have a day spread over the next!

I gave it a few extra days but we have officially RIP’d the 1 but 1 of the 2 that were laying over is still going! Also gave me free radicle bag to move solo cup spout over! Just moved it yesterday but def happy happy happy in new home already!

Hey @Arthur in case u are still wanting to follow along, or if you r already on vacation with your pops, then this’ll be here to track those beans! I’ll backtrack my pictures to figure out exactly how many days but they r starting to come along! Both the 2 going now in 1 gallon radicle bags and fresh pumpkin soil with very active microbes as it had what The Beard of Knowledge Scott calls (or in nftg bible) but had the Santa’s beard layer of both fuzz n freshly sprouted mushrooms so will see how far can take em without nutes cuz biologix foliar spray highly diluted burnt my other Mephisto lil ones after 1 spray so not worth the risk! Here are the 2 going strong today!! Also 1 get lil spray on 1 leaf from fan blowing a mist over n burnt lil spot on it too!

Like 1-2 days apart but loving life now in their bags! Gotta water more so hopefully can go while without extra stuff in the water!

Now for the update here! These are coming along but def seem to be staying low to the ground compared to my other 2 mephisto! I can’t remember what day these are on but before next update I’ll figure it out! Think they are few days behind my other 2 (30 days on them....I think) but these are still doing their thang for some f1 seeds! Both are mephisto crosses into Gold Glue X Sour Stomper! Do have an autocob coming to get extra light off to edge of tent (or bedroom closet) for them til the 2 in flower are chopped and outta the tent!

So fair to say I totally slacked off and fell waaaay behind on my journaling here so I’ll keep it short and sweet! Both gold glue X sour stomper were chopped on day 92 and are currently drying now! Should be done around Sunday and I’ll post some pics of final product! I’ll also take the time to put together a group of photos from throughout the grow to add for anyone interested to check out! Other than that here’s some pics from final chop day last Saturday....
Lowers on this 1 were standing straight out! Like they searched out the open light cuz had the easiest structure I’ve even grown naturally with 0 training!
Definitely came out super frosty and smells both fruity and musty so excited to sample it soon! Here’s the 2nd of the 2 gold stompers!

Once she got to the end she had many a dead or dying leaf but started get some cool fade action going and even entire main stem turned a really deep dark purple color and neither disappointed on the amount of buds produced!
Totally happy with how easy this was to grow since it only got plain water with recharge once a week and craft blend was topdressed a couple times throughout the grow! Besides that used some Malibu compost, grokashi and covered it all in barley straw! Easiest plant grown so far BY FAR! :smoking:

So I still need to go thru my photo album to get some progression photos together to link to here cuz I started slacking on this journaling! I can say these were the easiest growing plant since gave it 0 bottled nutrients and just good soil + plain water and an alternating dose of recharge or slf100 once a week! These plants had no training other than tying a couple of the lower satellites to the main when they started sagging! I did still have branches pointing straight out come harvest so may have supercropped itself if I hadn’t tied em off!

I can say I am more than surprised the amount of smoke I got from these 2 in only 1gallon radicle bags! Not only that the root mass these bags made (even on the 3gallon bags I buried the entire solo cup into!
3gal. Double grape and it’s whole soil mass once I opened Velcro side came out and stayed together til I beat it into my soil bin!

Grabbed the stem on em after squeezing side of the bags to break the root tips free! And for today’s post final pic is the scrumptious nuggets it produced and how much! I can also quickly add 1st I’ve grown so far with a killer smell/taste! It smells kinda skunky/musky but has undertones of citrus and strong citrus smell too! Kick ass part is it tastes exactly like it smell!

Another quarter pound harvest off the tiny 1 gallon bags so I’m excited to see how much mephisto greatness I can get using 2 earthbox juniors! Thinking I’ll have some beasts! I’ll get the link to it and add some extra photos here with it to anyone interested in following along!
Got 2 mephisto tester brand started in my other thread and running their soon to be released again (was around long before I was growing) but got Toofless Alien and Gold Glue going now! Prob a week from transplanting from rootmaker into earthbox juniors! Here’s a sneak peek of the greatness they are already producing for when they get swapped to their new homes!
Mycelium madness and the worms are in there doing their magic to the soil so will be super fun grow! Til next time qqq n keep em lit! And happy growing as well!
